The Old Spaghetti Factory

There was a little wait to get in, but we expected that since it was Saturday dinner time. I was happy with where we sat because it wasn’t right in the sun. As the sun went down, I could see the tables by the windows looked pretty hot.

We always enjoy going to the Old Spaghetti Factory, and this was our first time at this location. Our server, Kaden, was awesome—honestly the best server we’ve had at any Old Spaghetti Factory. My family had a hard time deciding what to order, but he was patient and gave us great recommendations.

My wife really liked her shrimp fettuccine. I got the Manager’s Favorite with half Mizithra Cheese & Brown Butter and half Rich Meat Sauce, and it was a perfect combo. My son ordered the mac n cheese and had a blast with his cotton candy limeade—it even came with real cotton candy on top.

The food was great, but the service is what really stood out. I’d recommend this location to anyone, and we’ll definitely be back.

First time back after many years. I guess my tastes have changed to more “whole,” fresh fare. This definitely felt like a chain restaurant where the combination of the three same ingredients (red sauce, salty, oddly chewy chicken breast, and pasta) showed up in different ratios or presentation no matter the menu selection.
And what is up with the Mizithra cheese!? It’s on everything and in Montana blizzard quantities!

Fabulous experience! My family and I grew up going to the one in Santa Monica & Hollywood, which are no longer, so when I come to Oregon, I love stopping in. Thanks for a memorable evening.

Sunday afternoon and along with another couple we waited ungreeted for around 5 minutes. Servers walked by without acknowledging us. Once seated, our server was very nice and prompt. The food has always been good, but with recent price raises I cast a more critical eye. I had Chicken Picata. It was tasty, but the portion was extremely pathetic. There were more noodles than the chicken breast. The piece was literally dwarfed by the amount of noodles. In addition it was overcooked on the bottom making it a little chewy. We've had no problems in the past but the size of that chicken for the price will make me reconsider coming again.

Took my parents out to dinner and this was their choice. I had not been to one in ages. Food was good. Service even better. We had a great meal with yummy leftovers to take home.

Food is great but I generally have to find someone to help me.

Great as usual, it was not crowded, first time I have been there for dinner with out large groups.

The staff was great as well as the food . The manager went out of his way to check with every customer to make shure everything was good. we had a great meal and a good vibe

My kid chose this for her 14th bday dinner, she loves the mac and cheese. My second time eating there and I wouldn't go on my own accord. The first time was her best friends bday dinner a few years back. I feel the food is bland and the selection is pretty basic. My wife is in the same boat. Hope my daughter grows out of this soon! Would much rather go to The Olive Garden to spend the same amount of money and better selection and food.
