The Spaghetti Factory menu is standard American "Italian" - the food is fine. My grandkids love it. Our waiter was excellent and accommodating.

We had a great time celebrating our 16 year anniversary. Jessie was our server and was amazing. Very welcoming, fast service. Excellent food as well. The lobster crab ravioli was delicious.

The place is nothing special, the portions are exaggerated and the price is strangely low. For a lunch break no longer...very long service but in America it's a bit of an Achilles' heel.

We both ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo and it was dry, looked as appealing as Michelina's out of the frozen food section at the grocery store, and then to top it off it was really salty. The applesauce was plain and the explanation was "due to dietary concerns we don't add sugar because she mom's don't want their children having it". Their salad is literally something poured out of a bag and some croutons. They did take the charges off for the Alfredo entree.

We have been going to Spaghetti Factory for years (since we were kids too) and now our kids love it as much as we do!This location is always clean and it’s easier to seat large parties. Those who are complaining about the price are nuts. Where else can you get a 4 course meal for $20?! It’s basic stuff but the creamy pesto dressing and browned butter and myzithra cheese are to die for. The bread is fresh plus, the spumoni at the end!If you are vegetarian, I recommend the browned butter and myzithra with mushroom sauce. If you’re watching your calories, try subbing the pasta for broccoli. It is so delicious!The service here is usually pretty great. Recently they have been understaffed. One of the last times we visited this location. We waited over an hour and a half for our food. The wait staff felt so badly for us but we felt bad for them!! This is not the typical experience. Usually the service is fast and friendly.We visited yesterday for my kids birthday and had a large party. We had great service!

The food is pretty much what you'd expect at a chain restaurant. It's priced a little too high but still acceptable. I was most impressed with the service. I ordered Fettuccini Alfredo. They delivered it with chicken, which I didn't order and will not eat. Instead of blaming the kitchen, our waiter said "I'm so sorry! that was totally my fault". He ran back to the kitchen to request a new dish. He was respectful and showed integrity.
