this is the third time we have eaten here. We live in Newberg, Oregon about 30 minutes away. Very kind, quick and efficient waitress. Makes sure you have what you need without bugging you. Food was very great, large portions at a reasonable price. They don't charge extra for substitutions and are good with special requests.

Gracious, welcoming, non-intrusive hospitality. The home has the feel, ambiance, elegance, charm of the original 1890 Inn, with all the soft, posh modern updates we expect on a getaway. Being a lifelong equestrienne, I had to stand in the old carriage-house and stare at the 130-year-old doors and imagine the horses who came through there...

His house is AMAZING! We love to come for a getaway. Walking distance to great restaurants. The owner is lovely!

310 Water is part of the only hotel in town which has been completely remodeled and is quite lovely which transfers over nicely to the restaurant. You may enter from the hotel side into the restaurant or from Water Street directly into the lounge. I have only had lunch in the restaurant and ordered the Pasta Bowl with salad. The salad bar is quite large as was the bowl of pasta which was delicious. I definitely will be getting lunch there again! Not only did I have a filling lunch, but I also had enough left for another meal! I am an elderly woman on a fixed income and it can be difficult to find places that are affordable. This is perfect for me. I know a lot of folks in town who entertain there for dinner on a regular basis. It has a lovely atmosphere and decent menu. The service is prompt and friendly. I go to their lounge quite frequently with friends who are in a similar situation.They have a great Happy Hour from 3:10 to 6:10 pm. There is a really good happy hour menu and various beverages at a reduced price. The wait staff is very friendly and they pay attention to who you are. Now when I go there, I am greeted by name which always makes for a nice evening. I would definitely recommend 310 Water to local folks and anyone passing through town. We do not have a lot of restaurants so I would describe 310 Water as an upper scale place to dine. The restaurant is pretty with large windows and not over done decor. What is appealing about 310 Water is you can dress up and have a romantic dinner, take the family to the restaurant or go casual to the lounge, something for everyone! There are two (?) TV's in the lounge which I have never found to be annoying. Some people want to watch a game and it's a small place to hang with friends. There hotel and plenty of parking for guests and there is street parking for the eateries. I would definitely check this restaurant out!

The food was good. Service was slow, two waitresses for restaurant and lounge. They seemed over whelmed. We will go back.

We had a good lunch with family. The variety of food provided something for everyone. The food was down home good and the prices were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and welcomed the children in our group. We will be sure to stop in on our next trip through Silverton.

A lovely Saturday day trip to visit Silverton for lunch and shopping. We wanted to try some place new (to us), and saw the reviews for 3 Ten Water on Trip Advisor...perfect choice! We ate outside on their little patio and enjoyed both outstanding service (Rhonda just made our dining experience truly delightful!) and fantastic burgers—we are usually diet conscious and stick with salads, but we decided to treat ourselves: the Bleu Cheese Burger for me (LOTS of bleu cheese, not just a sprinkle, and a bacon marmalade—yummy!) and the Mushroom Swiss Burger for my friend (who said it was also delicious). I had their house Pinot Blanc, which was wonderful—crisp and dry. Their dessert menu had several tempting options, but we were so full we had to pass this time...but there will definitely be a return visit!

April 23, 2019 Family of 4 seated immediately at noontime. Great variety on menu. Gluten Free bread & buns. Portions perfect! Salad bar, soups, specialty burgers; fantastic desserts best shared by 2! Limited parking.

Came here for an early dinner on a Friday night. Bright and sunny, lots of seating. Large menu selection. We had blue cheese burgers and they were delicious! Probably the best we've ever had. Service was good. Would definitely recommend.

High quality at a good price. Selection is wonderful. Is always great , a wonderful place to take friends.
