Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. We ordered two meals, a large fry, and a burger. We got a Pepsi instead of a Dr. Pepper. We never got our large fries and a burger, the guy came out and said missing anything, we said yes, then he brought us a bag with a small fry instead of a large fry and a burger. The girl and the guy working seemed more interested in flirting with each than getting our food for us. We also got charged the wrong amount and had to pay extra.
One of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered 2 combos, one small cheeseburger and one extra fry to go along with it. They gave us a Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. They completely forgot the extra fry and cheeseburger and looked very upset when we asked about it. Upon receiving the extra fry, it was the wrong size. They sat around and flirted with each other while we waited. And they also charged us the wrong prices. Just an absolute joke of a restaurant.
There charged us 0.99 fir 1 frysauce
Me and my friends all made our orders, 4 blizzards total, and had to wait 25 min to get them. The employees were all standing around talking, it looked like only one of them was actually doing the orders. One of my friends, who is allergic to gluten, asked specifically for no cone with their ice cream, and she got a cone anyways. No paper towels or soap in the bathroom, absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a dairy queen.
Family fun for those who like to splurge. We love the ice cream.
Peanut buster parfait is the best!
Probably the worst Dairy Queen ever. Bad food, employees just wear their dirty street clothes, the lobby looks disgusting. I saw multiple employees simply wiping their hands on their sweatshirts rather than washing their hands.
I love the Dairy Queens in Texas, and I can tolerate the one in Salem or Lincoln City, but I would not eat here for free.
We ordered four blizzards for my daughter's birthday. We got home and started eating them and found a broken zip tie in one of them. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times to let them know what happened and that they might want to resecure whatever it came off of. They never answered. There is also a recording saying their voice mail box is full and not accepting new messages.
Somehow I accidentally left to one start rating. I didn't even realize it happened It must have been in my notifications and I hit it when I was scrolling past it. It was not a one-star experience they were super busy and a little slower than usual but I still got my food and then tasted great.

Was wonderful with our epic ice cream cones. Even our Corgi got a pup cup for the road. A plus service. Thank you
The blizzard was great but the prices are a little out of control.
Dear Lord! Five people 'working'. Certainly don't mind having a bit of fun but when you stand at the counter 15 minutes then wait another 15 min for a damn shake something is certainly wrong. Might be there are two employees trying to make out next to the shake machine, could be employees merely walk by and ignore customers...who the hell knows! The place needs a good cleaning as well, cups, paper, exploded 'stuff' on the floors.
Suppose it's just an 'off day'
Got a blizzard for my daughter to brighten her day. When I was handed my medium Java chip blizzard it was the consistency of a milkshake. So sad. I was in the drive through. There was a car behind me. Elijah shut the door. Tried to call to see if I can get an another one made but the voice mail box was full and no one answered. So dissatisfied. Overpriced milkshake not a blizzard.
This place is the worst, I don't recommend it, the people who serve it don't know how to do their job and also the place is dirty and the food is terrible.
