Went thru the drive thru waited for 5 minutes no one answered went to the drive up window waited no one came went inside employees looked at me and walked away just absolutely worthless

The heavy set guy I believe his name was Evan which was on the receipt was very rude and I heard him yelling at the crew. The employees definitely do not deserve to be talked to in that manner. And this was not the first time this has happened I will not be back and will tell everyone I know to never go to that location. The upper management needs to get rid of unprofessional employees. Also felt y’all should know they are also sitting out back in a white car smoking and it smells highly of pot. Not a good thing to be doing that at work.

Waited 10 minutes before being Greeted by an incredibly rude associate.We orders ice cream and French fries.Waited 40 minutes for our food when food was being given to guests who ordered after us.We had to approach the clerk.They FORGOT TO MAKE OUR FOOD!And when they did… the fries were cold and the blizzards were wrong. NOT what we ordered.I do NOT recommend stopping at this location.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard for a coworker. Received the ugliest cake I’ve ever seen in my entire life and NOT what I requested. Such a disappointment. Wouldn’t have accepted or paid $40 for it had I been able to see past the frozen ice crystals coating the box (was also going to be late for work if I checked it out further).

Props to the parents of the AMAZING kiddos who work at Silverton DQ! By far the most thoughtful, kind hearted multi taskers I've ever had the pleasure of waiting in the drive thru for. Top notch customer service, generous portions and inviting atmosphere! Highly recommend Silverton DQ!

Still a big nope. Busy afternoon and I needed protein but didn't want to waste time at Roth's. The Drive through speaker is unintelligible. Gave up went in. My burger was totally raw if it had been half done I might have risked it. Replacement was overcooked, no sense complaining as that was their last burger patties. The woman did comp my burger and the terrible service rating was actually beyond her control. Go to Roth's, spend the extra 10 minutes.
Worst place I could possibly bend I paid $53 for two meals it took over 30 minutes to get my food the food was cold and no way was it worth the price the weight I will never go back to dairy Queen ever again the staff was

No straws or lids set out. Have to wait a long time to get them because they're understaffed. Toast was rock solid. The fountain machine was out of ice. Overheard them talking about how they were out of ingredients for some of the drive-thru orders.
