Im so annoyed! Placed a carry out order at 6:30. The app said it would be 35 minutes. We had to wait an hour and a half for two pizzas and and order of bread. We were pizza #9 or 14. Why on earth did it take that long. Thats just the amount of time we waited at the store. The lady in line before us had waited 3 hours for her order, so I guess just under 2 hours wasnt as bad.....Its ridiculous. The staff did nothing to make it up to the customers. They were slow to work, disorganized, and couldn't keep track of orders. My experience at this store has never been that bad. Won't be going there again. Hold Tithe employees of this shift accountable for crappy service.
Seems that everytime I give this location a try I’m disappointed, tonight we decided to order delivery.. delivery fees, tip, and the cost of the pizza to receive over cooked, no cheese, no sauce pizza :/ this isn't the first time this has happened. App says the Quality captain checked my pizza to make sure it was good but if this is what silverton team thinks is quality they need to be re trained.

Ordered pizza. Almost immediately it said it was out for delivery and when “delivery” came, nobody showed up. I couldn’t get ahold of anybody.

Ordered pizza for the baby sitter and kids while wife and I went on a date. Pizza came almost 2 hours after I made the order. In fact it got delivered right before we pulled into the driveway. Called the store, and the lady on the phone didnt even care at all. Didn't even attempt to make it right, pretty much a kick rocks and sucks to be you. Terrible customer service
Just a very great fast serving business. The entire staff is always so amazing and attentive to their customers needs!!!! You’d have to look pretty hard to find a better place to get your food. Outstanding customer service and support guys. Bravo!

Ordered online while sitting in the parking lot 20 min before closing time. No issues ordering but 5 min later I get call from a female employee saying they were unable o prepare due to being too busy with customers in the store. I parked in front of the business and could clearly see it was empty. All I ordered was pasta and wings it wouldn’t have been much to prepare. I’ll never go back to a place that’s dishonest. What a joke

I ordered the Memphis BBQ Chicken pizza from Domino's, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly cooked, the BBQ sauce had the right amount of sweetness and tang, and the toppings were fresh and loaded just right. The service was quick, and the employees were very friendly. Everything was made exactly how I like it.

Do not buy here. The delivery driver was awesome, I had to pay cash for an online order that was already purchased.. already tipped. But I did the whole thing again. None of the sauces I ordered were there.. if you’re gonna spend 50 dollars please go else where. Horribly run establishment and should honestly leave the small town of silverton.

We finished a 10 mile hike and ordered a meat pizza. We were excited to eat a delicious, substantial pizza. When we called in our order, we communicated with a computer who put in our order as a “cheese” pizza. When we arrived and informed them that the order was wrong, they told us that is what we ordered. So imagine our disappointment when instead of cheesy, meat-filled goodness, we were forced to eat a thin, cardboard-like pizza. Would definitely not come again. 0/10
This location charges an $8 delivery fee on top of the tip you still have to pay to the driver. I'm sorry but that's too high. Kind of negates the entire reason to get Dominos in the first place which is because it's cheaper than doordash when you're too exhausted to cook.
Said our order began at 6:03, waited and waited. They finally put it in the oven (it says) at 6:22, so basically 20 minutes later. Then it said at 6:29 that it's done. I go in. It is NOT done. They even have my name on their monitor and it says done. They informed me it is not done and I'll have to wait. They did this to every single customer that came in and talked to them. My sister ordered separate, it said hers was in the oven. They hadn't even started it yet. They dropped a pan of food part way through and just left it. No one cleaned it up for several minutes, only after the delivery guy came back did they start cleaning it up. Honestly one of the worst dominoes I've been to. Why label stuff as done or started if it's not?
Disappointed with Cold Pizza and Poor Customer Service!
I recently placed an order with Domino’s Pizza that cost myself and dear Friend a total of $144.00 expecting a satisfying meal for my family and Guest during New Year's Eve.
Unfortunately, the pizza was delivered 2 1/2 hours late which caused the order to be delivered cold, which was both disappointing and unacceptable given the price for the amount of money we spent to feed our guests to receive cold pizza and bad service.
Trying to contact the Store Manager or regional manager has been a nightmare, getting the runaround no one willing to provide who’s in charge… (so no one could get in trouble for their behavior) The last person I spoke to was Jackie! 1.1.2025 She was absolutely Impatient in providing or trying to resolve the issues and interrupting while trying my best to Express my issues but couldn’t put one word out before cutting me off!
To make matters worse, the customer service I encountered when trying to address the issue was unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has left me questioning whether Domino’s values its customers and the quality of its service.
For a company that prides itself on speedy and fresh deliveries, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both its delivery standards and customer service to ensure no other customer faces a similar experience.
I have never in my years ever bad (that I had to write go to great lengths to write this kind of review) experienced delivery service this from a pizza company.
Absolutely disgusted with how this store responded and acted!!!
Walked in on a busy Friday afternoon without placing an order online or calling in. Very polite, clean waiting/eating area and got me sandwich and side of ranch in no time 👍🏻
