We finished a 10 mile hike and ordered a meat pizza. We were excited to eat a delicious, substantial pizza. When we called in our order, we communicated with a computer who put in our order as a “cheese” pizza. When we arrived and informed them that the order was wrong, they told us that is what we ordered. So imagine our disappointment when instead of cheesy, meat-filled goodness, we were forced to eat a thin, cardboard-like pizza. Would definitely not come again. 0/10

This location charges an $8 delivery fee on top of the tip you still have to pay to the driver. I'm sorry but that's too high. Kind of negates the entire reason to get Dominos in the first place which is because it's cheaper than doordash when you're too exhausted to cook.

Said our order began at 6:03, waited and waited. They finally put it in the oven (it says) at 6:22, so basically 20 minutes later. Then it said at 6:29 that it's done. I go in. It is NOT done. They even have my name on their monitor and it says done. They informed me it is not done and I'll have to wait. They did this to every single customer that came in and talked to them. My sister ordered separate, it said hers was in the oven. They hadn't even started it yet. They dropped a pan of food part way through and just left it. No one cleaned it up for several minutes, only after the delivery guy came back did they start cleaning it up. Honestly one of the worst dominoes I've been to. Why label stuff as done or started if it's not?

Disappointed with Cold Pizza and Poor Customer Service!

I recently placed an order with Domino’s Pizza that cost myself and dear Friend a total of $144.00 expecting a satisfying meal for my family and Guest during New Year's Eve.

Unfortunately, the pizza was delivered 2 1/2 hours late which caused the order to be delivered cold, which was both disappointing and unacceptable given the price for the amount of money we spent to feed our guests to receive cold pizza and bad service.

Trying to contact the Store Manager or regional manager has been a nightmare, getting the runaround no one willing to provide who’s in charge… (so no one could get in trouble for their behavior) The last person I spoke to was Jackie! 1.1.2025 She was absolutely Impatient in providing or trying to resolve the issues and interrupting while trying my best to Express my issues but couldn’t put one word out before cutting me off!

To make matters worse, the customer service I encountered when trying to address the issue was unhelpful and dismissive. This experience has left me questioning whether Domino’s values its customers and the quality of its service.

For a company that prides itself on speedy and fresh deliveries, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope Domino’s takes this feedback seriously and improves both its delivery standards and customer service to ensure no other customer faces a similar experience.

I have never in my years ever bad (that I had to write go to great lengths to write this kind of review) experienced delivery service this from a pizza company.

Walked in on a busy Friday afternoon without placing an order online or calling in. Very polite, clean waiting/eating area and got me sandwich and side of ranch in no time 👍🏻

The last 3-times we've ordered, they messed it completely up! This last one was the final straw. The employees have no idea what they're doing. We will not go back and suggest you go elsewhere if you want pizza.

Not ordering again, food was all good. Experience was awful, I tried ordering on the app and it didn't work, I then tried the phone and they bounced me around for around an hour until I actually talked to a real person and they assured me it'd be here in about 20 minutes. I called after an hour of waiting and they couldn't find my order and then they said it was sitting on the rack and I had to go pick it up. I then asked for my marina and garlic butter but it wasn't on the order, so they charged me for that separately. Wouldn't recommend.

Pizza was delivered. It's a Saturday night. I'm sure they are busy. Took forever and the pizza was cold. Pizza was also disgusting. Didn't taste good, it was cold and also did not have the extra sauce I asked for. Why Dominoes cannot comprehend "EXTRA SAUCE" when it's an option, I have no idea. $6.99 is too much for the nasty food Domino's produces. Unfortunately it's not just this one. It seems to be a franchise wise acceptance of low standards and total sacrifice of quality.

There was this amazing staff that made my first experience at dominos the best I ever had, I think he was tall, brown hair, skinny. I think he should get a raise to be honest. He was pretty friendly, kind, and a fast worker. If someone could get a raise, it would be him

wouldnt deliver to an address less then 1 mile away, canceled my online order twice, and when i called to figure out why my order was canceled, after it took them 15 minutes to cancel it, they told me it was too far away, when i requested they switch it to an instore pick up order, he expected me to recite my entire order on the spot instead of him converting the order, or just letting it through. like, i online order and get delivery because sometimes i just cant do the people interaction.

My two experiences ordering from this location: first time was great except that the extra pineapple I ordered was more on the light end.

Tonight I try to order on the website, as usual, and it’s down. I try the app and it says it can’t connect to the store. The close at 1am and it was around 9pm when this whole issue started to unfold. I figure I would go old school and call. They have this miserable AI that refused iterations of the word “extra” when trying to order my normal pizza. I finally was connected to a real person that said they were transferring me to the order taker and promptly hung up on me. I’m not fighting obnoxiously bad AI to get hung up on again.

Worst Dominos in Oregon! Workers are completely rude and unprofessional. Waited over an hour and half for an order that was suppose to take 20-22 mins. Workers were talking to each other and making jokes while a line of costumers waited. I didn’t receive my order because after waiting and hour and half the order magically disappeared from their system after i had paid for it. I don’t think I will be ever ordering from dominos again, specially the silverton location.The store needs a lot more training in costumer service. Worst experience I’ve had with this store.

There was no other late night food available that we could find of in Silverton and we walked in the door STARVING. We knew it was close to closing but QUINCY MADE IT HAPPEN!!! Thank you so much. We are forever thankful.

order is wrong spent an hour trying to order food 4 takeout then called and found out machine was down.... 0⭐Not trying to be mean but food is bare minimum.. when we do get our delivery the food is either cold or tilted all to one side .. we spent an hour trying to order food just to find out there machine was down and they were closing we only found out by calling corporate.. ZERO⭐
