Silverton location. Cool spring day to sit outside and drink our coffee until an employee came out to clean mats from inside the drive through. Slapping them to turn them over, spreading dust all over us, then proceeds to pour a yellow liquid over them. I anticipated what was coming next bc she had connected a hose. Yes, she started spraying them down less than 2 feet from where we were sitting. I got her attention and asked her not to spray until we left. She looked at me and pursed her lips like I was her mother telling her she couldn't do something. She goes back into the building and brings out a pitcher of water, still splashing on us as we got up to leave b4 our drinks were even finished. Wont be visiting this particular spot again!

I love Dutch Bros but the Silverton location is THE best! Hands down - Macy, Colton and the crew simply feel like family. Every time I am there they not only remember my drink but they always go above and beyond to make sure to ask how I am doing and get updates on my family.

Absolutely the best coffee shop in Oregon maybe the whole country very good service attention to detail on your drinks and an extremely helpful and friendly staff this is unquestioned the best coffee place maybe an America!!!

Been a Dutch customer for more than a decade...the Silverton location is hands down the worst I've ever been to. It's normal to wait 15 to 20 minutes in line, people are constantly "cutting" in line since the layout is so dumb, there may or may not be an employee working traffic but no one makes anyone get out of line or anything...there's always gaps between cars which adds to the line issues and the runners do a piss poor job of moving customers along...if I have to wait to place my order when I'm next up for the window then I don't need to hold up the line by waiting to have my order taken...it's clearly being run by younger people and it's so unorganized that I've decided to literally just stop going altogether. I tried to mention something to the dude at the window and just got a grinning "we're working on it, have a great day sir"...
