I absolutely love this place. It's great value and food.
The tacos de asada are good. Nice little spot for lunch
Not impressed with your service fee, after the fact! Why not just add it into food. Then it's a choice, rather I see an extra charge, and feel like you just raped me. Yes that's how you make a guy feel after the fact on the bill. My opinion, I would have never left a tip if I realized you did that before hand. Next time I won't. If I leave your place feeling screwed then you're servers can feel the same way. Thanks
I have stopped in here many times over the last six months and it has been good and reasonably priced every time.
good mexican food for cheap. The wet burrito is my favorite, but I am also in love with their enchiladas. xD
Quick and good spot for lunch! Very nice people.

El Caporal has never disappointed. I am a frequent flyer to both their locations in Silverton and MT Angel. Moderately priced fresh Mexican food.

It's a good food truck. Food was very good and filling. Drive through window was high, so we had to get out to pay and receive food, but I would happily eat there again if we are in the area.
Vegetarian options: When asked about vegetarian options he suggested quesadilla or veggie burrito. Not a ton of options, but it worked well for our party.

Pretty standard truck fare, but with cheese and sour cream on my sausage burrito. The red hot sauce is among my least favorite ever, but I don't usually like the red sauce from any burrito trucks, so your mileage may vary.
I did love that my breakfast burrito had hash browns instead of fries in it. Had they been crispy, it would have been a 5 star burrito.

Great place to grab tacos, takes a bit for your order but that's to be expected with anything good, because everyone wants

El Caporal Taco Truck in Silverton Oregon is worth a visit. After mountain biking up at silver falls State Park my son and I were pretty hungry and we were able to get five tacos, a Jarito and leave a $2.50 tip all for $15.Not much to say outside of the fact that they're good little tacos. There's a little metals stand next to it with some limited seating if you choose to eat there. But I appreciate it about it was that they are affordable and good and it did not take long for them to have our order ready. Just a great combination of things when you're hungry after riding a good trail.
