They have the best steak burrito ever! Nice people too. I can't really comment on any of the other food since I always get a steak burrito. Highly recommend El Caporal!

Take-out after a long day of hiking at Silver Falls State Park. This mexican food spot is as authentic as you can get. I recommend the Caporal Quesadilla and Al pastor tacos. The Chorizo sope was fantastic! It is a small mobile spot, we grabbed our food and headed back to our hotel stay.

I had their street tacos at Schreiner’s Gardens during the Iris Festival! The meat was succulent and flavorful and the service was great! The prices were a little high for street tacos

This is my absolute favorite taco truck! All the food is exceptional. They put so much meat in my tacos and I never have to wait long for my food. It’s also easy to call in my order on my way and get it there. Highly recommend!!

A took a chance on this place and I am absolutely happy that I did! The food was fantastic. I did have to wait in line, but that alone should tell you that everyone else already knew how good this place was. The tacos were absolutely mind blowing good. I would recommend. I also got a steak burrito and as someone in line told me, order without lettuce. I didn't understand why until after I got it, but he's right. No lettuce. My kids split a Quessadilla and it was also very good. But overall, trust me, the tacos were worth it.

This was my first time at this taco truck. Our friends that live nearby. This is one of the favorite places to get tacos. They have a great selection of meats including cabeza, lengua, steak, beef, chicken, fried pork, and more.
I ordered a steak burrito and a steak taco and folks that were with me got chicken tacos. All the food was very well prepared and I thought their salsas tasted good and I had enough heat. Could have used a little more heat LOL but it was tasty enough.
They are located in the Wilco parking lot in Silverton Oregon.
Services was timely. There were several people before and after us, but our wait for the food was not long.

Not impressed with your service fee, after the fact! Why not just add it into food. Then it's a choice, rather I see an extra charge, and feel like you just raped me. Yes that's how you make a guy feel after the fact on the bill. My opinion, I would have never left a tip if I realized you did that before hand. Next time I won't. If I leave your place feeling screwed then you're servers can feel the same way. Thanks
