Incredible food here, their take out food changes from day to day, all local and fresh- the combo ramen was amazing...the chicken is prepped and quartered and seasoned, the salmon is smoked and the shrimps were cooked to perfection. I sat outside and the owner brought be some tea, was just a wonderful experience. Came back for another meal the following day before I left to go back home to UT. LOVE THE NAME- so clever, love a good "Land and Sea" meal! I'll be back as soon as I'm in Silverton again!

We are traveling through Oregon and stopped here for a quick bite. I ordered the salmon bento plate and my husband ordered the Spicy chicken gyoza ramen.. the pictures on their site are exactly how it looks in person and it tastes even better! Everything was fresh and delicious! It seemed like a family run business, she was extremely sweet and offered wonderful service!

I moved to the area from New Orleans and was looking to find a similar ramen place to my favorite from home. The broths are decadent and flavorful. The meats have been seasoned and fall apart in your mouth. The pasta is soft and chewy. Plus they have a market inside to buy some great things to eat or cook with. The seating is limited, but that’s really the only down side.
This was literally the best place I've been to. The only thing I can say is that it's the closest thing you're gonna taste that's almost better than mom's house.

Took mural walking tour of Silverton and guide recommended Fin & Fowl. Drove out on rainy day and had tofu curry which was delicious and reasonably priced. Very clean and prompt service. Picked up some smoked salmon bellies, too. Wonderful place. Wish it was in Salem!
What a find. We live in Los Angeles, and the ramen here was better than anything we find at home. The flavor of the broth is stupendous. The flavors are infused with long coke times, and imaginative spices even better than in Japan. Everything on the short menu is delicious, they focus on just a few things and do those perfectly. There is also food to go....yummy choices. The smoked fish is superb, the sushi excellent deal, the soups great. The owners prepare everything from the heart.

Mmmm!!! We have enjoyed Fin & Fowl's seasonal chicken/mashed potatoes/corn dish and were more than satisfied both times! A wonderful "comfort food" dish--just the thing for Oregon's autumn and winter.

My mother and I came in here for lunch and it was so fantastic I only have good things to say! I had the combo ramen and it was so amazing, the chicken fell right off the bone, the salmon was cooked to perfection and the broth was so nice with the perfect amount of heat to flavor. My mom got the shrimp ramen and she loved it! The broth was creamy and delicious and absolutely full of flavor. Everything about our experience here was amazing and the nice lady we spoke too was incredibly kind, she made us feel like we were visiting a friend while eating a meal! We will absolutely be back!
