Really good food! So why 3 stars? While eating at the provided picnic table, a large pickup pulls up on the sidewalk - which is not a pull through area - and the driver who apparently knows the owner of the food cart, has no idea what they're doing (or simply doesn't care) by blasting the eating area with the exhaust from their pickup, the tailpipe just a few feet away. And the driver was not there to do a quick pick up like he seemed to indicate through some kind of mumbled response, he was there several minutes. I had to leave because the owner did not ask him to move the pickup. So that's why the 3 stars.

We eat Flor Mixteca regularly. Crave-worthy and every single item I've tried there is fantastic. I love to cook, so many local options fall short of what I can make myself but not so with this establishment. I always have to get a couple of tacos with whatever I order! Plus, I can't say enough about how nice the owners are and the love/pride they put into every meal they serve.
