Agree with everyone about poor service. The shift leader/manager lady ALWAYS ignores customers at counter. Se was busy with signage installation instead of customer service. I got ignored when I went up to counter to ask for missing cup...and for ketchup. Also be on guard for spoiled coleslaw ( bad taste, soggy , and active bubbles from bacteria). I've been served spoiled/spoiling coleslaw 40 % of times visited past month.

Went there and grabbed food. Went through drive through and they only took one order at a time, until the person left the window either with their food or asked to park in front and wait for them to bring it out. They never brought it out and we had to go in after waiting 20 minutes outside. They gave us food and it was someone else’s. Had to wait again. Avoid this establishment if you can

I despise this place. The workers are the slowest fast food workers I've seen in my life. That's not saying much really, but it's a minimum 20 minutes everytime I pick an order up from this place.

They are very incompetent at this location. Asked for mashed potatos, a biscuit and BBQ sauce. They gave me ranch , corn and mac and cheese. Even had the lady repeat it back to me and these non ordered items were also listed on the receipt. Incredible

Very poor customer service. I order the same thing for my child every time she wants taco bell with is 2 bean and cheese burritos no red sauce no onions. So bit in to it and had loads of onions. Walked back in to get it fixed and the person was rude and said I never ordered no onions. Fast food is a treat, we dont order it often and I only order her one thing. We both hear me say no onions. They were not listening and then tried blame shifting to me instead of taking responsibility.
Unfortunately, the biscuits and mashed potatoes and gravy were Luke warm at best. The chicken was hot and delicious. The person at the drive-through window was very nice.

I used to work here when I was a teenager... I've made some mistakes on customers order because I kind of didn't care and more that likely they hire people from highschool silverton. It all depends on the supervisor and they messed up my order more times than I could Count compared to salem and woodburn. It's ridiculous that they consistently mess up

Stood at counter for a few minutes before someone came to take my order. There was only one other customer there who already had his food. I ordered a two piece and a three piece meal and got charged accordingly . Instead got two 2 piece meals (granted I didn't check it before I left the place). No coleslaw with the meal, chicken was greasy and not the true extra crispy that I ordered, and the biscuits were dry like they were yesterday's.

$10.79 for 1 dry chicken sandwich and a medium drink. Pickle tasted like old fish. Sandwich was bone dry. She shut drive thru window in my face as I was thanking her.

Yall gonna make people sick with undercooked chicken meals 15$+ is unacceptable for inedible meals. Chicken little was made to make you sick was way to cold for a sandwich that I had to come back through after drive almost across town to be missing a sandwich and the "famous bowl" smelled horrific and looked like it was made with male specimen . Plus I had an employee trying to upcharge and argue with me for just trying to leave out the biscuit and keep the regular price deal. Very disappointed in this for weekend service but also service in general was very displeasing.
