I experienced the worst customer service today! I ordered at the drive-thru and was told to park at the front, and that they would bring my order out in about 2 to 3 minutes. I waited for a good while, and then the lady walked towards my car and told me they forgot my order. I walked inside to ask about my order and requested a manager. The lady who told me she forgot the order pointed to another Hispanic lady with glasses and said she was the manager. The Hispanic lady with glasses proceeded to ignore me as I continued to ask for a manager. I eventually ended up asking for my money back.

Placed online curbside order. Ordered 2 6 piece nuggets, 2 fries. 4 sandwiches. When wd got the food home we were missing a 6 piece. When I called the manager said oh sorry. Sorry, I spent my hard earned money at your location.

Only car last night 8pm. Ordered $24 dollars of food. 2 sandwiches minus sauce minus pickles dry hard chicken patties and cold fries. The Irish green shakes were 50% dye and unleaded sort of a kryptonite green n ot pale creamy milk shakes of past. My first trip there after swearing off that McDonalds a year ago and alas they never fail to FAIL. I took food inside and the manager was challenged withv spoken English so I gave up and left. That was a waste.

10 out of 10 customer service I accidentally cut myself in my car and I asked for a Band-Aid, they gave me one and the lady who got me one moved with a purpose, which I really appreciated. My food was also very hot and fresh, which was the cherry on top

They advertise 24hrs...yet absolutely NO ONE provides service at 0600...three cars including my own, sat in the drive-thru with NO response. This is the third time this has happened to me, and from this day forward I will ensure EVERYONE I know avoids this disgustingly operated restaurant.
After ordering, I had to wait around the corner to get my burger and fries. Not certain why I couldn't pick it up at the 2nd window like at other locations. The wait time was too long, like 10 minutes.

This is the worst McDonald’s in this area. Let me tell you. Go to Kaiser Station. They are wonderful. It is a good atmosphere. The service is good. The food is hot. You want a barbecue sauce they give it to you. Especially after you spent $40 in the freaking restaurant. This place buy the ranch dressings they don’t even put them in the bag for you!

This cities McDonalds is the crappiest ive ever been too outta 35 states. i live here and have never once been giving my food a the window. Now i know your thinking im asking for a custom order or a huge one ... no just a six piece nugget and a quaterpounder without being told to drive around to a waiting spot for 20 minutes. Then when you do get your order its wrong. then you go back in and wait 10 minutes for a second wrong order. Then wait 15 minutes for your original non custom basic order of 2 menu items. This is always a constant here. No matter what time or day. Lowest rated McDonald in the state.
