Check your orders before leaving. Gave them a chance and went back for a 2nd visit, this will be the last. I was the first and only customer at 7 AM. Ordered my meal, not a big deal. Went to ask for salt and after being acknowledged, I waited almost 10 minutes for a couple of packs of salt. When the lady finally gave me my salt, she acted like asking for a pack of salt in an EMPTY restaurant was akin to asking for a kidney donation. No more....

Its McDonald's you know what it is...this one is incredibly slow they make you pull up to the front and park...had me pull around and waited over 14 mins

Went through drive through. So messed up. They gave us 3 of our 4 drinks. Asked us to park. One drink wrong. Watch 5 other cars leave. Then they brought out one drink. We ask where was are other drink, and food. They brought out food. Then went back for another drink. Then we had to go in for our ice cream. Such crap.

Had to come back to edit this review because thats how crappy this location is. Ordered 2 ONLY ketchup ONLY pickle burgers. I received 1 only ketchup only pickle and 1 only ONION and only pickle. This place screws up every single time we go its like its on purpose. The only reason why theyre still open is because its 1/2 of the only fast food chains in silverton.

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and I barely had time to sit down and it was coming out piping hot. The restaurant was very clean and the young gentleman saw I was overwhelmed by the kiosk and helped me up front and took my order. I was very satisfied at this McDonald's. The floors were super slick when wet though. I don't eat at McDonald's much but this location was above average for sure. I almost fell not luckily I didn't. I'll be back! Keep up the good service!

We got at the drive though at 5:30 and we left at 5:50 we ordered 1 thing a simple burger and it took 20 minutes for 1 item that’s insane it wasn’t even busy what can I say tho it’s Macdonalds
Horribly ran. It says open 24 hours, it’s not. Closes at 12am, but that’s not true either because 4 different times I’ve gone there at 11-11:20 they are closed. Well, lights are on, screens are on, but they refuse to take orders and hide so you can’t see them inside. It’s weird to say the least. They are always so rude and act as though you are an annoyance and not like they are at work. This town only has 2 options open past 10pm and they both pick and choose who they help or how late they stay open. Annoying.

I experienced the worst customer service today! I ordered at the drive-thru and was told to park at the front, and that they would bring my order out in about 2 to 3 minutes. I waited for a good while, and then the lady walked towards my car and told me they forgot my order. I walked inside to ask about my order and requested a manager. The lady who told me she forgot the order pointed to another Hispanic lady with glasses and said she was the manager. The Hispanic lady with glasses proceeded to ignore me as I continued to ask for a manager. I eventually ended up asking for my money back.

Placed online curbside order. Ordered 2 6 piece nuggets, 2 fries. 4 sandwiches. When wd got the food home we were missing a 6 piece. When I called the manager said oh sorry. Sorry, I spent my hard earned money at your location.
