Not dissing on all the services but there’s this one dude who just gives attitude and is just rude.Shut the window door when i was still talking/asking questions.I get it’s night time but be more polite/positive.

Every time I eat here they mess it up and I’m not even being dramatic, I mean EVERY time. This time my large fry was extremely salty half full and cold, they forgot my 10 piece nugget only refunded me 3 dollars for it and also gave me Diet Coke instead of regular like I ordered. I spend 40 dollars on all the food and it’s just disgusting the amount of money this place robs you of by messing it up and leaving stuff out. Just taking the money and profiting while not fixing any of the core issues within their establishment. I also paid extra to add Oreo to my m&m Mcflurry and they didn’t even add that.

I’m so grossed out. This will be lengthy as I feel every description needs to be painted to have a better understanding. My big back self wanted to get McDonald’s but decided chicken nuggets as the quarter pounders have a lot of heat surrounding them. I ordered, I paid. They asked me to go park and wait for my food so I did. An employee came out and I was in reserve spot 1 and the lady next to me was in 2. The worker handed the lady one of the two bags she was holding. Now she comes up to me and says one spicy chicken and I said oh, nope wrong order. She asked what I had and I told her a number 5 the chicken nuggets. Then I watch on my mirror as the lady in spot 2 is leaving she has a giant mouth full of fries and was sipping it in sauce. The worker flagged her down and explained she gave her the wrong order the lady then took the fries out of her mouth and PLACED THEM BACK IN THE BAG!. The worker hands her the correct order and took the bag back that she just PUT HER FRIES FROM HER MOUTH BACK TO THE BAG SMOTHERED IN RANCH. I know it was ranch because the employee gave me that bag and when I looked inside there was an open ranch and saliva all over the fries that she put back in 🤢. I was completely shocked and super grossed out so I went to drive through because my big back didn’t want to walk inside, that’s why I chose the drive thru. And they told me I had to come in to get the food remade or come in to get refund. I have major social anxiety and begged them to refund me or just remake it through the drive thru. Moral of the story I didn’t get a refund but I did leave with an upset stomach. They cured me being hungry in that moment. All jokes aside, this was so nasty. I didn’t think stuff like this happened in real life.

Terrible customer service. Will never go to this location ever again. They are not 24 hour and have not been for years. They don’t tell you, but they also don’t allow you to use your discounts or any app purchase after 9pm. Food is average and half the time they mess up your order. 100% do not recommend.

I have been here 7 times so far and 6 of those times my order has been incorrect. Drove back after finding it wrong when I got home, they said they fixed it just to find out it was still wrong when I got back home. Definitely not going back here again.

Very gross food, also the night shift/evening worker is very rude. My son ordered in the drive through and the worker kept asking “what? SPEAK UP” a bit aggressive but understandable. Then, when my boy repeated for the third time he said “TALK NORMAL. I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU.” Very rudely. My son has a disability. No need for all of that.
