Went there at 745 am on a Tuesday and they didn't answer their intercoms so I went to the window. They were there and proceeded to ignore me. I have never had service like that from a McDonald's EVER. DIDN'T GET WHAT I WANTED. HAD TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. there was NO SIGN saying THEY WEREN'T OPEN.

Even though I had to wait a few minutes before someone came to the counter, this cute new hire was the one who took my order. Being new, She was having difficulty with the computer (I told her "No Matter How Long It Takes You, Your Doing a Great Job!"), her smile and giggle made waiting worth it ?☺️

Waited at the diver though to make my order. No one was there u waited for 5 minutes so I drove up to the next window no one was there drove up to the last window. This Mexican lady very nasty told me this is your order I said no wait I was waiting but no one was there so I told her I drove here just to have tell me I was here. No you where not anyways. Then she said you need to go all the way back get in line really!!! I look back about 20 cars.. So I went inside and she is only speaking Spanish to me. I myself I’m from Mexico but please don’t judge a book by its cover. I will never go back!!!

Tables are dirty. The kiosk never has table number plaques. It also never prints a receipt. Order was for there but came in a bag.
Wish it would let me add the picture of my Big Mac, on top of a recipt that says No Sliver Onions....??♂️

Very slow and a general lack of service. And they do not seem to care. Food was lined up on the counter for quite some time, employees had no urgency to get the orders to the customers. The manager was in the middle of them and seemed very confused

Very poor service and the sandwich was the worst I've ever tasted at a McDonald's. They would not give me a receipt because they said they don't give them when you order from the app. All other McDonald's have given me a receipt when I've ordered from the app so I found that odd. On top of this glitch, the sandwich wad old and disgusting so I didn't eat it. The staff was patronizing and unhelpful. I wonder if other people who order from the app don't get receipts either from this location and if this could be a consumer issue uner the unlawful trade practices act in Oregon. Since I'm licensed to practice law in Oregon, I can check that out.

12/14/23 I asked for a mcgriddle, 2 sausage muffins and 2 hashbrowns. Every woman there ignored me and just handed me my order without saying a word. I open the bag and they gave me 1 sausage muffin, 1 hashbrown, and a biscuit with nothing in it! I told them they made a mistake and the woman took all the food back and gave me 3 sausage muffins. Didn't even feel like asking her again because of how rude they all were.
