New person training was very thoughtful and considerate. Trying to do a good job. It's so refreshing to see. Everybody in the store was very attentive. Clear-eyed, no attitude, eager to help and serve. Left a nice tip. For the price, that's the best pizza.

I've come here for years.......Nothing like getting met with snide remarks.All because I accidentally left my phone at home and Had to order at the counter I guess it's highly frowned upon. Nevertheless if this is how Papa Murphy treats their customers. I will take my business Across the street Two domino's..

I must say, the Papa Murphy in Silver Lake/ Mill creek area has an employee named Brandy who gave really good customer service! She suggested the New Yorker (original crust) and it was deliciooooosooooo ! And luckily, I was able to nab the last Mediterranean salad! But above all, Brandy receive a tip-off because her customer service was excellent!P.S. Because I take my reviews serious, I gave it an honest review of 3 via atmosphere because store has not had a facelift since opening ? but it can be seen as a otherwise clean environment.

This review is for the Papa Murphy's in Silverton OR. On August 10th, 2023 I ordered, online, Meatballs & a Calzone and I paid for them both. When I arrived to pick them up I was told they were out of the Meatballs. I asked why didn't you call me so I could order something else, I was told rather rudely from someone other than the cashier were swamped. I was told I would not be charge for the Meatballs, however the next day my CC was charged for both items. I asked if I could order something else and was told I had to get in line to place an order. I have never been treated so rudely when I have purchased a product from someone. What should have happen when they were out of a product they listed on their website, either call them or allow them to place a new order immediately. This is basic common sense.Shawn

Asked for the toppings on the side so we could make it at home. The guy acted like no one had ever done that. I made the mistake of adding a tip before seeing how stingy he was with the toppings. I am chopping up some onions and olives to add to what little he sold to us so I have enough to put on the pizza. No tip next time.

Hate the service.Use to have great friendly employees but lately the service has been horrible!I called in 30min early to place a single pizza order. After arriving 30min after calling in, I was told 5 more minutes for my pizza. 20 more minutes went by as I stood in store waiting. Only after I had asked when my pizza would be ready, they discovered it was ready on the rack the whole time.Wish they had better, friendlier service and were more aware. ?

I have been getting pizza at this location for years and I must say the quality has been on the decline. I got a 5 meat stuffed as always. I ordered it with extra pepperoni and sausage because they have been getting thin over time. Well, I get it home and bake it and after cutting it I realized that there was hardly any Canadian bacon or much meat for that matter, and no cheese to speak of and what there was for toppings was swimming in sause. a little disappointing for over 30 dollars including tip
One star because I couldn't leave zero. I called in and asked for curbside pick up. The young lady said that they do curbside pick up. I said that I have my card to pay for my order she said that you pay when you get here, okay. Now I get there and she says I need to come inside to pay. I said there is a reason that I requested curbside pick up. Well we only do that online, could you have said that when I was expressly asking for curbside pick up and making my order for pick up? Left the order. Not the finest.
