This is a wonderful place to go to work out. It has several rooms with a wide variety of weights and equipment. It is clean and the owner and staff are friendly.
Great owners,classes, trainers & staff! Lots of amenities- saunas, hydro massage beds, tanning bed, salt room, red light bed & two weight rooms & lots of new equipment. Price is very reasonable!
Bright, clean facilities and warm, friendly, helpful staff!
