Went to get eggs. Opened a package found 2 broken eggs told the lady filling the eggs. She grabbed the eggs carton out of my hand and literally threw the eggs carton 5 ft away from me onto a cart. I told her she was being rude then went and found the manager who was so amazing very apologetic and even knew the nasty lady and even asked me if she was "aggressive" to me. So this store knows this dairy lady is awful. Where has good customer service gone?

Always out of stock of items, crowded and messy, donut section is very messy with flies. Last straw was that they’ve hired certain people who have assaulted MULTIPLE of my teenage friends, albeit this was outside of the store. Now the store feels unsafe on top of the other complaints. Guess we’re switching to Roths! Their absurd prices is better than supporting a company who hires terrible people

I really used to like getting breakfast burritos(or anything from the grill) but now when I go they aren’t ready even by 10 or 11 when it says ordering starts at 6am on the sign. I ask for the sausage breakfast burrito with everything it comes with on the sign and they don’t know what that means. They always seem so upset to have to make it and half the time now it’s a quarter of the size it was before. It makes me uncomfortable and feel sorry to have to make people do a job they clearly don’t want to do. Sighing and stomping and rolling eyes are not good customer service. Today will be my last for a while. At least it was on time.
Update, this one is mostly tortilla rolled onto itself

It really sucks that this Safeway is as bad as it is because the only other Safeway is 25 min away. This store in Silverton is literally ALWAYS bare in the produce section and if they do have lettuce and other items they are ALWAYS either days to weeks old. The skinny, white blonde hair lady that wears the pink polo is super rude and is more worried about talking to her friends than answering a question. The ONLY plus about going to this store is the super big red head guy and older lady that work the self check outs they are both super awesome people and just a joy to talk to. However, if you’re going for groceries just drive the extra miles to the Safeway in woodburn or spend the extra money at Roths

Always out of stock on things. I had moldy berries delivered once. Today I paid almost 10 bucks to have groceries delivered in a certain slot. As usual they are running late. I should at least get the delivery fee dropped. I'm switching stores.
