Had an emergency with my pregnant wife and we ended up in the hospital for a couple days. We missed the cancellation deadline by 2 days and they only offered to refund 25% so we’re out $200 now. I wouldn’t recommend booking if you have any kind of health issues or if you’re pregnant or have kids. We all know emergencies happen and 7 days is too large of a deadline. The manager isn’t empowered to help either, they were the one that was able to get me a 25% refund and nothing more. The lady on the phone at least had a friendly tone.

We came here after our 6 mile hike. We were starving and couldn't wait to have a beer and chat. The lady taking the order was awful. She looked like she absolutely hated her job. It felt as if we were bothering her by making an order. After ordering it asks if you want to tip. We did, because we thought maybe the food is worth the tip. WRONG! We then picked up our beers from a friendly gentleman. Our group chatted about how rude the front lady was until we got our order. We then had another rude interaction with a different lady. There was multiple orders sitting on the counter. We were confused whether or not we just grab what we think is ours or get it handed to us. The lady just stood their silent looking at us, it was so odd. We left with what we thought was our food. 10 minutes later our friends got their food and it was missing cheese. He went in and told the lady. She grabbed a price of cheese with her bare hands and put it on top of his plate. The food was blan and didn't look appetizing. No matter how hungry you are, get back in your car and go somewhere else!

I ordered Chicken Tenders and fries. It wasn't until they made something completely different and gave it to me that they told us the fryers weren't working. Nobody asked me if I would've wanted something else, they just handed me a BBQ Chicken wrap because they "thought it was good."

Should've ate before coming all the way out here to enjoy the waterfalls I suppose

This is a cool place with a great atmosphere. I can't speak on the food as I didn't eat there, so I also can't speak on the service. But as far as the building and everything goes, it's absolutely gorgeous. The tables and chairs and everything are beautifully crafted, and in the winter they have a fireplace going. It's a great place to stop and take a break if you need it, and in the winter it's a great place to stop and warm up.

I love Reuben sandwiches. When I go to a restaurant/café and they have a legit looking Ruben sandwich I order it. This place has one of the best Ruben sandwiches I’ve ever had. ? Combine it with very friendly service and some of the most beautiful scenery in the world and you have a home run. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food here is quite good! I had the turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread. You could tell it was hand assembled with care.

The cafe:We grabbed a couple of hot chocolates, not hung special and a cookie from the cafe, the employee there looked board, granted it was a Wednesday and there were very few people there but a bit of customer service goes a long way. There was a friendly staff member at the information booth when we strolled arounf who smiled and us, made eye contact and was available. We were excited to sit by the lit fire on the big welcoming bench and drink our hot chocolates only to find another employee standing in front of it, not working, and warming themselves by the fire while watching videos loudly on her phone. Not at all a welcoming atmosphere and we decided to leave and grab a bite to eat in Silverton instead on the way home. We noticed the only other group of people there chose to sit outside in the cold rather than also be subjected to listening to the employees loud obnoxious videos too. Super disappointing as it's a beautiful location and the chairs and tables are finely crafted from stunning wood.

I had my wedding here. While the day turned out beautiful, silver falls hospitality really disappointed us. If you want to go all out with decorations, etc. expect absolutely no help from them. They do not provide you with any help moving or setting up furniture, and if you do ask for the help, then they will charge you extra money. They didn’t even acknowledge or check in with us on our wedding day, and we couldn’t even start to set up until the day of the actual ceremony. Pretty ridiculous considering we were paying over $6500 to use the meadows and to stay in 2 cabins for 2 nights. In addition, during our set up, we had a large trailer parked as close as we could manage to get to the meadow where the ceremony would take place. We still had to trek all the furniture/decor a good ways from the parking area. We knew that we’d have to put in a good amount of work to get everything over there, but the park rangers gave us a super hard time about unloading in the front lot. Where else can we unload if not in the front parking area? Not to mention it wasn’t even busy during that timeframe, and the second lot is at least half a mile away from the meadow. Quite a long ways to log a bunch of tables, chairs, and other wedding supplies. The cherry on top of the icing is that we were not informed that another wedding would be booked at the same time as ours. While the ceremony for the other wedding was in a different “spot,” at the village, we could still hear the other ceremony. What’s worse, we were also told that we would have our honeymoon suite that we booked back in 2022. 2 months before the wedding, silver falls claimed that we never booked it and they gave it to the other couple that booked way after we had. It was a super frustrating experience overall.

While this place has amazing views of the waterfall, this place also has a cafe. The cafe has good design to it and has cool paintings and a fireplace to stay warm. The service is good, pretty reugular for a cafe. The only thing about the service is when I got my food, it was different. I got the "Howard Creek Turkey Sandwich" but instead I got the "Molalla Caprese Sandwich".Although the slip-up, I actually enjoyed the meal and was pleasantly surprised. The texture was soft and gooey which I liked and delicious. They also had a huge variety of snacks.4/5
