I bought a medium hot latte this morning "drive through " and left ready to enjoy my hot coffee only for it to taste sour and warm. I have an awful taste in my mouth.

Sitting here on a Monday afternoon ... yes, it's the typical Starbucks "good" quality of food and beverages ... and most of all, I'm appreciating how quiet it is: no loud music, just a pleasant, quiet place to grab some coffee, work on the laptop, visit with friends. Thanks for providing the good, quiet atmosphere, Silverton Starbucks leadership!

While the drinks and the food are decent it is the young female named Chloe that I truly have an issue with. She was extremely rude this morning, I don’t know if it is because it’s so early or she is having a bad day. But she didn’t have to berate me about my order so loudly the whole store could hear and then when the next customer came in to pick up their order she was sweet as pie to them. Now again, I don’t know if she is having a bad morning or what, but she should probably stay home and out of public viewing with an attitude like that. Also, I would like to state the reason I don’t go through the drive thru for my pickup is because the line is usually long and it’s faster for me to go inside. One more thing: the rest of the staff looked terrified of this Chloe broad. Like if they said anything against her she would yell at them. Do better.

Starbucks coffee is consistent, but this is little more than a drive-through only. You can't add your own cream or sugar to your drinks. There is little seating, and none comfortable. Overall I'd recommend skipping if you need a spot to kill 30 minutes. McDonalds is more inviting.

Received a random call from this random number. Asked if I was a bot. I responded who is this, they asked again. I said no who is this? They hang up.I call back… stating I received a call and I wondered what the call was for. He says no called me they are Starbucks. I said I understand but I received a call and wanted to know how my number got to them. I got hung up on again before finishing help my sentence. Just uncalled for. Not even from the area.

The last two experiences here have been absolutely horrible.The 1st time the girl making my coffee was horribly rude. And when I asked about my 2nd drink she snapped at me telling me the shots were brewing.Today I asked to chat with the manager about a poster/flier I keep putting up and someone keeps taking down. When I asked her, she claimed it's because it has a price listed.When I asked the manager for the rules around the board for community board use she said there are too many to list and I should have asked permission, funny that she assumed I didn't ask the 1st time, I did and was given the okay.Here is a prime example of what is wrong with our world.

Quick and didn't complain about bringing a team of girls into shop, to order for takeout. We were in and out in under 20 minutes with 15 kids.
