We were stuck in a long line for 30 minutes specifically for the free red cups that we were promised and they didn't even have any!!! Absolutely unacceptable! This is false advertising. Can we get a credit for this?

The last two experiences here have been absolutely horrible.The 1st time the girl making my coffee was horribly rude. And when I asked about my 2nd drink she snapped at me telling me the shots were brewing.Today I asked to chat with the manager about a poster/flier I keep putting up and someone keeps taking down. When I asked her, she claimed it's because it has a price listed.When I asked the manager for the rules around the board for community board use she said there are too many to list and I should have asked permission, funny that she assumed I didn't ask the 1st time, I did and was given the okay.Here is a prime example of what is wrong with our world.

It's a Starbucks. They have overly sugared drinks and breakfast "sandwiches." You can get coffee here. But it's been made with beans that have been roasted beyond recognition and can be used to replace charcoal in your grill.

It's a Starbucks?Employees are always great!Vegetarian options: They're alternative options to milk. Coconut milk is an extra $0.70. I'm not sure about the rest. They have soy, almond, and oat milk.Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy restriction and there are plenty of things that I can drink.
Wonderful, the employees were very helpful and fast. I would definitely recommend.
