I waited almost 40 minutes in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me. Once I got my food, the red headed girl read my order back to me incorrectly 3 times and I told her no that’s not right so she finally fixes it and then proceeds to give me 3 incorrect items. My husband went back to say “we order stackers and you gave us double stack tacos” she goes “the stackers are on the kfc menu…” he said “no they are not. Stackers are on your value menu and she proceeds to say she “needs the tacos she gave us back in order to remake it” Finally they remade the food but the service and food was awful:/ there was barely any meat in the burritos and on my Doritos locos tacos.

On Sunday Jun,8,25 about 1:15 pm we stopped to have a quick lunch. It took us at least 30 min. To get through the line with only 4 cars ahead of us!! I couldn’t believe it so husband went inside to see the problem thinking it was busy inside,no customers were inside! What took them so long is beyond me,but they need to figure something different out to make it fast food that people stop for!!! I’m not from Silverton and will not be back to this TacoBell!

Worst taco bell I've ever been thru
Edit: my cashier who rang up the order wrong was Kameron.
I asked for 2 classic stackers NO nacho cheese, and I receive 2 nacho crunch tacos WITH nacho cheese.
The only reason this place is still open is because there's limited options in silverton.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The only way they have a rating over 1 star total is they must farm reviews out to people because this place IS TERRIBLE. Whenever I forget how bad they are I end up going and getting nothing close to what I ordered. I actually remember being shocked once that my order was correct. They are consistently out of items, they take a very long time in the drive thru for simple orders and do not give you a receipt when they charge your card, without labeling the items so you have to make a mess in your car trying to verify if they got it correct (which they almost certainly didn’t). The manager and owner of this place should be ashamed but of course they’re not since this has been going for years.

Go ANYWHERE else. Getting corn dogs from one of the minimarts will be a better experience than this.

When I asked for my receipt to verify my order was correct, I was told they'd have it with my food. When my food was ready, half of what the person on the register entered was incorrect. I asked for 2 cheesy double beef burritos, I was given a bean burrito and a been and rice burrito.

When I spoke to the cashier about it they were very apologetic and quickly resolved the issue.

The Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito was delicious. I will be getting it again. The Chicken Cantina Bowl was also delicious.

I would recommend this location and I will be back.

Everytime I come here it takes what seems like forever to get my food. Every few months I try and give them another chance just to find myself waiting in the drive through for way longer than I should. This place is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. It's ridiculous. I will eventually learn my lesson and never go there again.

I work locally and went drive through on my lunch. BIG MISTAKE. I spent my entire lunch in line then the lady snapped at me because I didn't say thank you.
Thanks taco bell, I will not be coming back.
