Worst taco bell I've ever been thru Edit: my cashier who rang up the order wrong was Kameron. I asked for 2 classic stackers NO nacho cheese, and I receive 2 nacho crunch tacos WITH nacho cheese. The only reason this place is still open is because there's limited options in silverton.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The only way they have a rating over 1 star total is they must farm reviews out to people because this place IS TERRIBLE. Whenever I forget how bad they are I end up going and getting nothing close to what I ordered. I actually remember being shocked once that my order was correct. They are consistently out of items, they take a very long time in the drive thru for simple orders and do not give you a receipt when they charge your card, without labeling the items so you have to make a mess in your car trying to verify if they got it correct (which they almost certainly didn’t). The manager and owner of this place should be ashamed but of course they’re not since this has been going for years.
Go ANYWHERE else. Getting corn dogs from one of the minimarts will be a better experience than this.

When I asked for my receipt to verify my order was correct, I was told they'd have it with my food. When my food was ready, half of what the person on the register entered was incorrect. I asked for 2 cheesy double beef burritos, I was given a bean burrito and a been and rice burrito.
When I spoke to the cashier about it they were very apologetic and quickly resolved the issue.
The Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito was delicious. I will be getting it again. The Chicken Cantina Bowl was also delicious.
I would recommend this location and I will be back.

Everytime I come here it takes what seems like forever to get my food. Every few months I try and give them another chance just to find myself waiting in the drive through for way longer than I should. This place is SLOW, SLOW, SLOW. It's ridiculous. I will eventually learn my lesson and never go there again.

I work locally and went drive through on my lunch. BIG MISTAKE. I spent my entire lunch in line then the lady snapped at me because I didn't say thank you. Thanks taco bell, I will not be coming back.

TERRIBLE!!! My food was cold right after getting it. Not to mention, they gave me a random beef taco when I had ordered three chicken and three potato? Absolutely ridiculous. I paid $18 for tacos to have little to no filling😭😭😭 absolutely ridiculous I can not believe it
No portion consideration when putting the burritos together. Gross having a pocket of sour cream at the very bottom of a burrito. I recommend asking if you can go back into the kitchen and put your own burrito together so that way it's well proportioned in each bite.

I didnt personally go there I had a couple of friends with me & they were hungry so that is where they told me to stop. Not sure what food they ended up getting theu came out with a Taco Bell soda & KFC bowls

I’m a very kind and patient person, and twice now- this Taco Bell has pushed me to my limits.
The first time they completely forget to make my food after waiting 15 minutes, and me bringing it up - it was made.
Today, they once again didn’t make my food, they swore someone else took the food, but I was standing there the whole time and not once was my order called, nor was anyone taking the incorrect food, because they were standing their confirming what was in each bag with each customer.
After waisting my whole 45 minute lunch, I finally got my food.
I will never eat at this Taco Bell again lol, you truly couldn’t pay me.
The floor was so sticky, it about took my shoe off each time I tried to step.
They were out of about everything, the guy running the counter was doing his best and was kind, but there was a girl in the back who had an attitude and kept throwing it my way as if I chose to not get my food in a timely manner.
