The Harvest Salad is the best salad I've had at a restaurant. Excellent. Service is usually pretty good unless it's super busy, then a little slower, but to be expected. Unfortunately, it's not a quiet restaurant; noise really carries due to the tile floors and metal beams, but the ambiance isn't bad.

You can scroll through and find my prior 4 star review. I’m upgrading to a 5. The reason? Bulgogi nachos. Plain and simple. Wonton nachos topped with kimchi, sweet/savory/gingery beef? Yes please and thank you. So creative and delicious.
Service was an issue last time, but I think it was because the place was new and working out the kinks. The kitchen has always been running on all cylinders and doing a great job with such a diverse menu. Drink options are good. I’ll be moving forward as a regular. Strong work, Noble Fox!

Good, but could easily be better. The vibe is nice, and you can sit outside on the deck by the creek, which is the best option if the weather is good. Tried the happy hour burger, and it was ok, but it'd be much better if there were more on it besides pickles and onions. Lettuce and tomato for instance? Fries were extra crispy,(not my favorite style) and too salty. Tons of liquor choices, but people today want options that aren't so heavy on the booze. No cider on tap. That'd help. Probably come back again and try the tacos.

We were really excited to try Nobel Fox, the menu looked amazing and the building and deck are beautiful. Unfortunately, we ended up never getting our entrees.
We put in our food and drink orders and our appetizer and drinks came out after about twenty minutes. The drinks were a bit watery but very pretty and the Brussels sprouts were fantastic - they just got better as you continued to eat them.
A little over an hour later we were able to catch the eye of one of the staff and asked about the eta for our food since it had been over an hour and we were considering just taking it to go. When they returned to our table they told us that the kitchen was really backed up and there were a lot of tickets and that we could take it to go or just cancel it. We hadn’t discussed canceling it but ended up going with that route since they hadn’t started.
Overall, the food we did have was super tasty and the veranda on the river was absolutely beautiful but be prepared to stay awhile if you’re planning to eat.

We had an anniversary dinner at The Noble Fox. Made reservations ahead of time. We weren’t able to sit outside by the river but it turned ok because it was a very hot evening and the sun might’ve been a bit much. The food was good and the service was outstanding. I’d go again. The town of Silverton is a true gem.

I drove an hour to meet my husband for our anniversary dinner, and it turned out to be a really lovely experience. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, and the outdoor vibes were absolutely beautiful. Prices felt fair, and overall it was well worth the drive. The only small downside was the card reader. Our card was declined twice before we were told it often has issues. I was embarrassed and I believe it would be helpful for guests to know ahead of time, so bringing a little cash is a good idea. All in all, a memorable evening and a spot I’d happily return to.

Just had our first date here and am thrilled it went so splendidly. Had my eye on this place for awhile and it surpassed expectations. Simple, brief full menu and still was tough for us deciding which thing to get. The island burger was perfect, ate every bite.

Well, it's just about perfect. My wife and I shared a meat and cheese plate and each had a blackberry mojito. The drinks were hand made with fresh ingredients and absolutely perfect. The food was some of the best I've ever had. Each bite was full of so many flavors and incredibly well crafted. The service was amazing and everyonenseemed to be happy to be there. It's in an older building that has been updated to serve customers beautifully.
I came in mid day Tuesday and was able to sit outside and enjoy the sun and the cute babbling creek. I had a few cocktails and each one was perfect and beautiful. The bacon wrapped dates were a great starter. The island burger was really tasty and everything came out piping hot. My server was kind and quick her name was Rowen. She had a genuine and lovely attitude. And my whole bill for a 3 cocktails, main and a starter was only $62!! Anyway, whoever is in charge give her a raise.

We did a 5 day road trip along the Oregon coast a few days ago and stayed in Silverton, OR the first night. Not wanting to walk a lot because of an already long day flying in from Houston, hiking and ending day 1 in Silverton, we stopped by the Noble Fox restaurant and had dinner. We shared the 4-taco platter with chicken. The chicken was scarce, the veggies were plenty, and the fries? We order just a plain side of fries to go with our tacos and the fries were exceptionally delicious. Crispy outside, tender inside and the spices used were perfection. Some of the best we'd ever had. Would I go back, maybe, to try something different. Do I recommend, yes, they're good, but also note, there are a lot of other restaurants right around them, so do your due diligence before deciding.

The presentation is better than the food itself. Ordered 3 orders of the steak bites, which we couldn’t finish because it was so spicy to top it off the cut of meat was super high in fat content which made it even more difficult to enjoy. Definitely not worth the price for the food or service.
