Exactly the type a place you would expect out of a whiskey bar. John's a great bartender and Matt's a good front guy. Silverton is lucky to have this place.

Had a lovely meal and great service. Place was beautifully decorated for holidays. Menu was varied enough to please a vegetarian and a meat eater, with emphasis on fresh food done perfectly. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. Would visit again.

When we walked in we were asked if we had a reservation and they seemed annoyed that we didn’t. There were no people even an hour after we got here. We ordered the salmon and ribeye. They both were wayyyy too salty and over cooked. Disappointed as we’ve been here before and it was decent. Sad. Won’t be back.

I came here tonight with a group of friends to celebrate my friends 21st birthday. Our server, Sunny, was awesome. She was attentive, checked in on us consistently and made sure we had everything we needed. She talked with us, never made us feel rushed, helped us pick the best things in the menu and pulled off a wonderful birthday surprise at the end. I’ve worked in food service for 5 years and been serving for 2, and really was blown away by her service. I think she gave the best service I have had in a restaurant in a very long time.

Great lunch experience. Loved that we were able to eat by the fire. The food and service were great as well. Sorry there are a few bites taken out of the food pictures.

Food was excellent and service was impeccable! Many nice food choices with nice variety. There are expensive meals around $30, but happy hour options on Monday and Tuesday that run about $15. Extremely nice atmosphere. Worth the money because the service was so nice! Treated like royalty ☺️

Vegetarian options: There were even vegan options available, which is difficult to find at most restaurants.

Dietary restrictions: I think I remember seeing gluten free options also available.

Hats off to the bartender. The dude’s a legend. He low key knows how to make a fantastic pisco sour, comparable to what you’d get in Peru. It’s not on the cocktail menu, though. The chimichurri is on point, any Argentinian would approve. I give it 5 stars because I want it to thrive but the restaurant isn’t adequately staffed. Service is slower than ideal but the dishes and cocktails make it well worth it to me.

Loved everything we had to eat and drink. The atmosphere was nice.....except for some flies around the beverage pitchers. The decor was beautiful, and the bartender was one of the best we had anywhere in the U.S. (Not exaggerating) My husband said his Old Fashioned was probably the best he had ever had. I wish we lived closer so we could eat here more! Highly recommend!

Dietary restrictions: I have Celiacs, so being able to trade out the flour tortillas for gf corn tortillas was amazing! They doubled up on those, bc corn tortillas are known for breaking apart easily. The steak tacos were so delicious. Thank you for the gluten free options!

We've eaten here a handful of times over the last few months & enjoyed our experience each time. The atmosphere here is great no matter where you sit - inside or outside.

If you opt to sit outside (if you can find seating!) you get a gorgeous view of Silver Creek running through downtown Silverton. Planter Pots are overflowing with flowers all around the balcony & help to section off the seating area & create a bit of privacy from the roadway - though it can get loud. The umbrellas do their best to shade the sun, but during the mid-afternoon hours, it can get a little bright out there.

If seating isn't available outside - or the weather isn't good enough - inside is just as nice. Seating is comfortable, the ambiance of the room is calm, yet not silent. Large windows allow for tons of natural light to spill into the dining area, which help to elevate the comfortable, cozy feeling when sitting inside.

The food is good quality & presented quite nicely. The menu isn't huge, which typically means that most of the options offered are fresh.

What is huge though, is the drink selection. They have a multi-page menu of different drinks - cocktails, spirits, wines, etc. We always find something we like whenever we come.

This last visit, we ordered the Brussels, which were roasted evenly, and topped with vinegarette/wine sauce? nevertheless, my wife and I happily polished off the plate.

I got the Steak Frites - the steak was seared nicely & cooked to my desired preference. It was topped with a yummy Chimichurri Sauce. The fries - were fries. Battered. Frozen. Fried. I do wish the steak was seasoned a little better - the steak itself without the chimichurri sauce tasted rather plain.

My wife got the Noble Burger & she thought it was fantastic. Usually, she doesn't quite finish her food, and offers it to me to finish for her, but tonight there was nothing left! The burger was cooked just perfectly - not too overdone. It was certainly not a dry burger.

They have a very nice Happy Hour that we've hit up a few times for a quick bite, and the options never disappoint.

The prices here are not bad either. With how expensive it's gotten to eat out at any other fast-casual or sit-down restaurant, I find it much more enjoyable to just spend a few extra dollars at a place like this. The experience is better, the food is better, and I'm always walking away feeling positive about the experience.
