Stopped here for a late morning Sunday breakfast. Ordered a farmers breakfast with dry scrambled eggs (aka not runny). Waited 45 minutes for our food, my eggs were grossly half cooked. Our waitress was more interested in visiting with her friends rather than helping customers seated in booths or tables. I won't be go back here.

Always a treat. We love coming here when in the area. They smoke their meat. They bake their buns/bread. It's delishhh! Plus good taps and a full bar never hurts.

We definitely recommend the brisket nachos...omg so amazing. Cool bar. We we very happy with our food and the service. A great place to stop after hiking at silver falls state park.

Food was terrible. Nearly $20 for two small tacos and black beans that were dried out and the worst rice I have ever tasted. Service was unfriendly but the bar itself was clean and the atmosphere of the place was nice. We had eaten there before (quite some time ago) and it was really good and portions were huge. Went about a year ago and it had gone downhill but I wanted to try again.
Never again. And my friend ordered a brisket sandwich and I will refrain from even commenting on that mess.

I do NOT recommend. VERY disappointed in the entire experience and will never go back. A bit angry I have to give the food even one star.

Lived in silverton , moved 10 years ago. Was in town last week and went to the wooden nickel for lunch used to be our go to place for lunch . I Ordered a cheese burger basket. Didn’t need to look at menu , service was great . Although no one was there , cheeseburger was the worst I’ve ever had , took 2 bites, I was done , then the bill $16.50 for a shitty burger .. wow !! . Won’t be stopping there again: Do Better Glenn !!! Singed disappointed !!

The BBQ was super tasty. I ate the Rueben sandwich. The corned beef was smoked there (as are all the others meats), and it was to die for. I'm pretty picky about corned beef. Their's checked all the boxes. The other person at the table ordered a spicy crispy chicken and mac n cheese with brisket on top. He was very pleased with his meal. The waitress was on top of it. She knew what we wanted before we knew!
I plan on going back.

The chicken on the chicken salad was seasoned very well!!!! Very tasty. Crazy good happy hour deals, pretty sure they have an all you can eat ribs night too.. if you see me there covered in BBQ- Noooo you didn't.
