They hands down had the best burger I have ever had in my life. The fries were also incredible. Everything was also around 12 dollars, which for this quality of food is worth it. Customer service was also very good, everyone was kind and informal. I beg you to order a burger and fries!

Food was very good & creative menu! Great service from Hailey & spectacular setting! Wonderful experience & all senses were filled with wonder!
We had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with friends at the lodge restaurant. The food and the presentation were awesome, compliments to the chef. This might become a Thanksgiving tradition!
We always love going to Black Butte Ranch to enjoy the delicious food, beautiful views and amazing staff!
We went to the Lodge for Thanksgiving. While the setting was beautiful, the food was unfortunately very disappointing. The prix fixe meal included a small charcuterie board, an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. When the charcuterie board arrived, the meats and cheeses looked shiny, as though they had been sitting out at room temperature for hours. For the appetizers, I ordered the Spinach and Kale Salad, though there wasn't any kale in the dish at all. My husband said the Butternut Squash Soup was actually very good. He was glad he ate all of it because he didn't eat much else. The entrées were the biggest letdown. We both ordered the turkey—because it's Thanksgiving—and each plate included a small portion of white meat and a large piece of dark meat with significant connective tissue that made it inedible. The stuffing was wet and mushy with no texture, though I was glad to see that the mashed potatoes were real and not instant. My husband also mentioned that none of the faucets were working in the men's restroom. On a positive note, our server was very pleasant.
Wonderful meal to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday as a couple. The Lodge is beautiful and everyone was very kind and attentive. The roving champagne cart was especially nice.
Very pleasant staff, especially as they were working on Thanksgiving. Loved the view as always.
This was a birthday dinner for my husband and the Lodge Restaurant had our reservation all in order. From the front desk to the efficient, very congenial wait staff (Paola), we were very pleased with our experience!
This place is stunning. The atmosphere, food and service all top notch. Paola was our server and she went above & beyond… excellent service! Will definitely return when we come back for another visit to Sister’s!

Celebrated a birthday and it was a spectacular afternoon of watching the sunset over the mountains, along with very good service and very good value meal

Fall/winter menu is out. The grilled prosciutto pear buffalo cheese appetizer was wonderful! Duck and apple salad were terrific! Best meal that I have experienced at the Lodge.
We've only been to the Lodge restaurant twice this year and both times have tried to order the pork chop and both times we were told it was sold out. My husband ordered the steak but said it could have been so much better if it had been well seasoned! I ordered the chicken but was hugely disappointed it was missing the creamy mashed potatoes and any kind of gravy/pan drippings. Would love to see a wedge salad on the menu, a fully loaded baked potato, some grilled asparagus, filet mignon with creamy horseradish sauce...........
Celebrated a birthday here recently and it did not disappoint! The menu has many options - certainly something for everyone! If you get there prior to sunset get a window seat and enjoy the sunset over the Three Sisters. Service was superb, warm and friendly. My one suggestion is to serve a different bread ie..a warmed, sourdough bread. Just my two cents. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our dinner at Black Butte Ranch Lodge Restaurant. Our server Jen was very attentive, and nice. The view is difficult to beat, and we were able to enjoy it from our window seating. The food was good, and the atmosphere of the restaurant pleasant.
We love going to the Lodge for dinner. The views are fantastic, the food is always great, and our server, Maria, is absolutely the best.
