I've had pizza here maybe ten times, and it's usually really amazing- the best in the region. The guy who used to run it was also very friendly. Yesterday our two pizzas ($42 including tip) were absolutely uncooked, except on the top- the dough was still, well, dough. I understand it- they were busy, and it happens. I brought them up to be put back in the oven and was met with a very rude person. He insisted that it was fine to eat the pizza with raw dough and that they were having some issues getting the pizzas out, but that "some people were eating them like that anyway", since they were so busy. He didn't apologize or offer to fix the problem, until I persisted. First, he was apparently aware of the issue, and yet it continued(?) Second, I'm not sure what other people were doing, but eating nearly completely raw pizza dough was not an option for us. In the end, they made us new pizzas, but the interaction and attempt to bully/guilt us into eating them raw was very unpleasant. I hope they manage their quality control and are kinder to people- even when busy.

Stopped at The Barn for cider and food from the food trucks. We decided pizza sounded good and ordered Boone Dog GF sausage and peppers pizza. One of the best I've ever had! Tender crust and great flavor combo of toppings. We will definitely go back!

Nice to have a vegan option. You should get with the Vegan truck for vegan cheese!

If you like authentic neapolitan style pizza, this is your place. I came across this food truck by accident, and ended up with the best pizza I've had in years. Amazing crust, beautiful, delicate toppings, and a flavor explosion.
