This place is weird... Managers don't seem very competent and the pizza is awful

I called and ordered 3 large pizzas. They said they would be ready in over an hour, which was already a very long wait for a Monday. I ran some errands and got there 2 minutes before the time they said it would be ready. They then said 15 more minutes. So I waited in my car. Upon re-entering 15 minutes later, they said “oh shoot, I don’t even know what to say. We thought you left. I haven’t started your pizza but I can start them now”. At this point it had been almost 1.5 hours, and they laughed at me as I left. I won’t be returning.

Pizza not Policy should be the new moto. Seems like every time I try to order it’s somehow against the rules.

Every time I come in here there's always an issue either with my pizza or them for getting my cheesy bread I now have to wait 15 minutes while my pizza gets cold when I'm already having to deal with a really bad day thanks for adding to my bad days cibelli's top notch services

We've been happy to support Cibelli's little side business of selling their raw pizza dough to customers, until recently when it became apparent they are no longer offering the same delicious dough used in their pizzas. Gone when baking at home now is the signature sweetness, pliant chewiness, and aroma that normally fills the dine-in or take-out pizza box experience. In its place the last few times we've bought dough here is a crust of considerable blandness and toughness that can only be described as deliberately adulterated. Management has trained staff to ask the customer at checkout for what they intend to use the dough, which always struck me as charmingly thoughtful until today. Now I'm left to wonder whether the impromptu polling revealed too much bespoke pizza-making to their liking, enough for them to dissuade the practice altogether, though Cibelli's does itself no favors this way. That dough, that crust is the ambassador for the franchise, and as it falters so too my patronage.

Got pizza for take out, huge slices. They refused to cut them down but they weren’t “allowed” to double cut lol. Whatever still giving it a 5 stars, good pizza :)

This used to be our favorite place for pizza! But the last 2 times we ordered the pizza was undercooked and they forgot the garlic butter crust both times. This is frustrating since we are paying extra for the garlic butter crust and I thought cooking the pizzas was included in the price but both times we had to go back home and cook them because the crust was doughy and the cheese on the cheese pizza wasn’t even bubbled yet. We ordered a meat lovers with black olives and we paid for the black olives and they forgot them and said they could put cold olives on the side… um no that’s not what I ordered or paid for. The staff just stare at you completely helpless. I would love to support this business if they work on their issues and learn to cook a pizza all the way through and learn to get orders correctly. If you make these changes let the community know and I’ll gjve you one more chance. It’s hard to cook one of the giant pizzas at home when you guys don’t cook themBecause the giant pizzas don’t fit in our ovens.
