Excuse me I'm on a motorcycle, you don't have anywhere for me to park stand sit, no reason for me to frequent you your business or stop here again. Was asked to move my motorcycle before I had even gotten my drink. Motorcycles are not welcomed here. This is why they all go to Starbucks because they actually get a chance to sip their drink and stand around for a moment before they're told to leave the lot. If your motorcycle find somewhere else to go because they don't even want to give you the chance to get off your bike to make an order without an attitude. Well I'll give you an attitude back then, here's your review. If you haven't realized yet the customers can be just as mean ugly on the reviews as your staff is with their guests. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Dutch bros until the other day. Not only was I immediately greeted with attitude, but half of the drinks I ordered were wrong. I understand people have bad days, but I was so uncomfortable I didn’t even want to go back and get my drinks fixed.

The person taking out order had a lame attitude, and three of our four drinks were not made correctly. One was even served in a broken cup, and they tried to hide it by putting in by double cupping it and not telling use. Witch just made a mess. It was easily my worst dutch bros experience.

This afternoon I stopped into the Dutch Bros in Sisters. Asked for a Large Hot Kicker and a Dutch Pup I was struggling with my phone and had cameras in the passenger seat that almost fell to the floor and swung around to get the Dutch Pup to Jovi and Misplaced my Wallet. After looking for it, could not locate the Barista said don't worry about it, the order is on us. Wow so amazing!! Alot of Places would not do that, Thank you Dutch Bros!! You Are Amazing!!

Ask for a blended drink without any syrup, told me they couldn't do it, that it had to add syrup for the blender to work, not sure if this was an upsell technique? I get Blended drinks s without any flavoring from other locales and have never had this issue...

Dutch bros. always has friendly, helpful staff. I especially enjoy the golden eagle chai hot. I go rarely as prices have continued to increase, but I do enjoy their drinks as a treat.

To the young man working on Saturday 4/27 evening about 6 pm. Thank you! Your simple act of kindness touched my heart and blessed my day. It has been a hard year watching my mother prepare for her journey to heaven. When you asked me how my day was I said it had been a little rough due to her recent passing just a few weeks ago. Your were friendly, kind and surprised me with a complimentary beverage. With all that is going on in the world it is nice to know there are good people and the simple kindness that you shared filled my cup (ha, pun not intended) with joy. Thank you!

Dutch Bros is the only place I go to get coffee and that's after trying many coffee shops.
Vegetarian options: Pastries.
Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives and sugar free options.
This has to be the slowest DB on the planet. The guy who took our drink order was also taking peoples empty drink cups back through the drive through window, which is a NO-NO. He also got our order wrong. He did give us the wrong drink for free though. Too many problems for a simple, 2 coffee order.Would not recommend.

I ordered a surprise double blended rebel and got what seemed to be a drink they had previously made that was already melting. The consistency was VERY thin yet still somehow had chunks of ice from it not being blended properly. Very disappointing because they didn’t even bother to mix it before handing it to me and like I mentioned, you could tell it had already been melting and it was completely liquid at the bottom:(
