It has been a hard year watching my mother prepare for her journey to heaven. When you asked me how my day was I said it had been a little rough due to her recent passing just a few weeks ago. Your were friendly, kind and surprised me with a complimentary beverage. With all that is going on in the world it is nice to know there are good people and the simple kindness that you shared filled my cup (ha, pun not intended) with joy. Thank you!

This has to be the slowest DB on the planet. The guy who took our drink order was also taking peoples empty drink cups back through the drive through window, which is a NO-NO. He also got our order wrong. He did give us the wrong drink for free though. Too many problems for a simple, 2 coffee order.Would not recommend.

I ordered a surprise double blended rebel and got what seemed to be a drink they had previously made that was already melting. The consistency was VERY thin yet still somehow had chunks of ice from it not being blended properly. Very disappointing because they didn’t even bother to mix it before handing it to me and like I mentioned, you could tell it had already been melting and it was completely liquid at the bottom:(

Sat waiting for service while a red headed girl talked to the guy in front getting service. 3 other people were served and left as I waited for her to wrap up a long conversation to this guy. I finally just left because she was talking forever not about anything to do with work. Poor service to say the

Went to this Dutch Bros not too long ago on a vacation and the line was very long and took over 20 minutes. Got my order taken and the younger guy with blonde hair (didn't get his name or anything) kicked one of the other people there. Was talking very aggressive to his coworkers and I just didn't like the atmosphere of the place. My girlfriend's drink was also iced instead of hot like requested and tasted awful.
