Highly recommend Famille!!
Yesterday was our anniversary, and we wanted to go out to a nice dinner. I hadn't heard much about Famille, so we decided to try it out. Service was great, atmosphere is beautiful and cozy. Food and drinks were amazing, and prices are not what you would expect! Perfect date night💕

Huge sides and amazing steak. It was great, went here both nights for dinner while I was in Sisters.

We were super excited for this place but unfortunately disappointed after we left. There was one server who was also host so managing quite a bit by himself- we ended up waiting quite a bit- in which we gave him grace for. But on a Saturday night you would think there’d be more help. We ordered the bruschetta as a starter which was a Caprese plate and baguette slices on the side. For entrees, it’s à la carte. We got halibut and filet which were okay. Sides we got cauliflower steak which was really cauliflower florets and tasted like they were originally frozen & truffle fries which ended up being the biggest bowl of fries you could imagine. Not much as far as presentation goes. The drinks were delicious. It was unfortunate the food did not match the prices we were paying.

We received a gift certificate to Famille, not knowing what to expect, we scouted the menu and made our reservation. Short story - a wonderful place for a night out. We sat by the wood burning fireplace for ambience, mellow and soft music was enjoyable but not loud to disturb conversation, the food was incredible and steaks cooked to perfection - medium rare was medium rare! Small, but well selected wine bottle list. The service was excellent, it was a quiet night, but our server gave us 5 star service throughout the night. Menu is ala carte, sides are all large and shareable, prices for the quality are lower than other higher end steakhouses in Bend and Redmond. Highly recommend this place for your next night out.

First time at Famille and we were not disappointed at all. Very nice atmosphere with good food. Our server (Will) was fantastic. Great personality and good at what he was doing. Would recommend Famille if you're in Sisters.

Not a fan of the uncomfortable chairs or the overall decor. The service was good and the drinks were good but the food was not. Overall everything lacked flavor and our food was served too cold. Bummed because we really wanted to like this place.

My husband and I came in for the first time today (we are Sisters, OR residents) and I can honestly say this was the BEST overall experience I have had here. The drinks were excellent, the steamed clams were so good I was drinking the broth, & our server was so friendly. I can’t believe it took us this long to find you! We will be back to have dinner.

Thank you to Famille & team for the wonderful night!

Service was so so so good! Timed perfectly as they were so nice!
The decor is not what I would call eclectic, as another reviewer said. I liked the decor when it was Chops better, it was warm and cozier. But who cares? We are here for the food :)
BUT- The drinks were delicious though a bit small, but the bartender must be highly trained because the drinks were superb and better than many places we frequent.
My pistachio halibut was not served warm (ick) and frankly it was rather bland, though the cherry orange sauce helped. I love halibut and will pay the price for it, but this was disappointing.
I also love French opinion soup, and I love salt, but this was so salty I could not finish it.
The rib eye was to die for! Cooked perfectly and the flavor so good we didn't even need the pepper sauce.
Overall a nice experience but will try again before we decide if this is a place we will frequent, or not.

Customer Service

Very disappointed. My burger was literally raw (cold, soggy, and uncooked ground beef). I couldn’t find the waiter so I had to walk my plate back to the kitchen. No apologies were given, however my burger was remade at least. French fries were cold, and the mac n cheese needed some more salt or seasonings, as it was lacking in flavor. This restaurant is NOT family friendly whatsoever. They don’t have high chairs (I’ve never been to a restaurant before that doesn’t offer them…). Also, as an fyi, there is no kids menu, which I knew before we dined, but just a heads up to other parents. We won’t be eating here again, sadly.

We had an amazing dining experience at Famille on July 26. Four of us went to the bar before dinner, which was fresh and gorgeous and the drinks were delicious! We ate on the porch and three of us had steak and one halibut. All of our food was cooked to perfection and absolutely melt in your mouth. Our server, Sky, was friendly and warm and made great recommendations. We all shared the corn soufflé, the garlic mashed potatoes, mac n’ cheese and radicchio salad. We loved everything, but we all agreed the corn soufflé and the mac n’ cheese were superb. Wonderful experience in every way! Can’t wait to go back!

The food was very good. The flavors were wonderful! However, my risotto was not served hot (more like lukewarm), and my friend's steak salad was so drenched in dressing it made some of the lettuce soggy (there was a puddle of dressing at the bottom of the bowl). The service was very good. The atmosphere is simple and I think relatively elegant.

My server was kind and attentive. The food was wonderful. I appreciated the option of sitting at niche bar adjacent so I could work and enjoy.

We had dinner at Famille for my husbands birthday. We ordered two of their mocktails to start and they took forever to arrive and were so sour we couldn’t drink them. We ordered the poke appetizer which was a huge portion but the tuna was chewy and odd. The dish was very heavy on the mayo- no wasabi, just mayo. For main course we ordered the burger. It also took forever to arrive. It looked delicious but was unfortunately completely raw. I’m a fan of rare but this was completely soft, wet, raw meat. I took one bite and was horrified. We notified the server and he took the plate and then basically ignored us for another half hour…. no apology no check… no nothing. We were furious. We had to ask for someone to bring our check. When the server finally returned he said “I’m sorry the burger was not to your liking.” What!?!? I’m sorry it wasn’t to the health departments liking!!! We are still fuming over being treated this way after being served completely uncooked meat. All this and an $80 tab…. We will never return!

The service is better here than any other establishments in town. The food is also very good and there are a lot of options to choose from! Much more fancy modern feel than the “saloons”. The best in town for a date, anniversary, or honeymoon. The interior has European charm.
