All of their meat looks amazing and when one of the guys found out that we were newlyweds they gave us a free bottle of champagne. They are the sweetest and I will definitely be going again

Best jerky and best sandwiches. The pictures probably don’t do them justice but they are great sized very tasty. They can get busy but they move fast so the wait for your sandwich is not long.

This place has the best meat in Central Oregon. If not the entire state.. I've had steak from all the local butcher shops and it's nothing like this place! I had the best steak of my life there. And that's a bold statement. I've literally never had anything like it. The porterhouse cuts are ridiculous with flavor and tenderness!! The jerky is amazing too!! I also love the pork belly slab I bought! Real good price too!! My hat goes off to these folks. They raise quality beef! The best!!!
This meat market is absolutely fantastic. They're jerky add pepperoni sticks are the best I found in Oregon. It is a smokehouse and a deli. Death is quick to help you and knowledgeable about the food. It is a must stop on our way to Central Oregon.
The BEST ribeye steak you can find. Just needs a sprinkle of salt. Melt in your mouth tender.
Had the tritip sandwich and it was delicious! Very nice staff, and the meat counter is beautiful!
I was looking for some thick cut bone-in pork chops to make stuffed pork chops tonight. I called and they had them waiting for me when I walked in. Ordered a tri-tip sandwich to go also and it is super tender. Only able to eat half of it.
