Parking: Maybe a call in order would be a good idea to get your food fast. During lunchtime they're usually pretty busy because it's so fricken good! But..... Make sure you tell them EXACTLY like you want it, condiments, vegetables and meat and cheese or you'll get the bare minimum of everything. Our burger was so dry even with the onion, pickle and tomatoes. But it was still good. A classic Central Oregon favorite!
Kid-friendliness: They have an AMAZING ice cream variety
They took 45 minutes to get me my food. Served 4 other people that came after me. Still didn't get my food. All I ordered was a BLT and it took 45 minutes. When I finally got my food it was cold. I'll never eat here ever again. I've had bad experiences in the past but always gave it another shot. Never again

My boyfriend got violent food poisoning from the lettuce on his burger. Everyone else got plain and it was fine. We’re worried it could be listeria. Be warned.

Worst hamburger I’ve ever had…Tourist trap with garbage food. Seems like they recently changed the hamburger buns and they’re terrible! food is always cold, I’m shocked I ate here again, that’s on me for thinking it would ever be better, it only gets worse..

Sno Cap used to be our favorite go to. It's changed quite a bit. No more squishy inside ordering, people are almost personable, Yes their a busy place but it used to be busy and fun and the people were a lot nicer. I hate to leave this review, the food was at best ok. The burger I got, not good, somethings changed. Sorry Sno Cap you ain't all that anymore. We were their for 5 days and only went once. Generally it would have benn at least three times. Oh well. Jeni

This is a family favorite stop for ice cream when in the Sisters area. They have a sign warning about slow service for a variety of reasons, I get it, I wasn't expecting it to be speedy. But after a lengthy wait, when I observed other customers with order numbers higher than mine receiving their food, I started to question why it was taking so long for my order. I finally asked and while I never got an answer. It was pretty obvious that after bringing me my milkshake they had forgotten the rest of my order and moved on. It was frustrating and also a bit pricey for a hamburger fries and a shake, $22. And after the long wait the hamburger was only so so. The milkshake was good though!
The shakes are pretty good. Not diner level but that's not what they are. The portions are great for the price and they taste good. There's a reason they are so busy. That's actually the only downside, they're pretty busy and standing outside in the sun for a long time can be really punishing.

Used to be good, but has been sliding downhill the last few years. Today is sadly the last time I’ll ever go. Burger was a 3.2 and fries were a 4.6 on a Dave Portnoy scale. My friends and I now feel sick.

Reminded me of a burger joint my dad used to take me to. Buddy was the coolest and gave our dog a pup cone and us a good conversation. Will always stop here when I'm in Sisters.
Absolutely love this place! I do my best to stop in any time I'm in sisters. The bacon cheeseburger is great! Patty melt deserves it's credit too! Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth the time to stop by!

Our favorite place to stop for a burger, milkshake and ice cream. The owners are super nice (and dog lovers). Our dog loves their pup cups and is always welcome. We usually stop by once a week during the summer. The order line is always long, but their friendly smile, excellent customer service and great food makes the wait worth it.
