Our son and his wife who live in the area wanted to try The Open Door. This place has a super cool layout with art and retail and several different and separate spaces for eating. Connie was our server and she warm and personable. We liked the broccoli soup, the artichoke dip and our sandwiches were yummy. I was surprised that our sandwich’s did not come with chips or salad, as in the menu, but after we left my daughter in law realized they substituted our soup orders rather than charging us separately as we wanted. A small miscommunication.

Love the restaurant feel, the atmosphere is just great, the food was amazing. The chef had some amazing selections of seafood and pasta. We are gluten free and the chef had tons of great options for us to choose from. Desert was a flourless chocolate cake, sooo good.

We had the most wonderful evening at The Open Door. The team were outstanding, not just for their great service but for the warmth of their welcome and their attentiveness. We thoroughly enjoyed the Brussel Sprouts starter to share and our mains of steak salad and Italian sausage lasagna were delicious. We finished our meal with a shared slice of the flourless chocolate cake, scrumptious. The Open Door is one of those rare places where the ambiance, the team and the menu are all wonderful - we can not rate this highly enough! Thank you x

Plan to leave hungry. They are serious about keeping portions to the size of a deck of cards. It tasted okay. Go eat first, then come for the outdoor music!

This place is absolutely amazing! We worked with Emily at The Open Door to host a dinner reception after our elopement and it was the best experience. Not only was Emily & really the entire staff so warm and welcoming to us and our guests but the food was delicious. My guests kept coming up to ME and telling me how great the food and staff were! They anticipated all our needs and delivered exceptional customer service. We truly felt so taken care of and I could not recommend them enough!

We were recently there lovely location. We were there at 5pm and they were already out of several things. Our waitress Gretta perhaps was new and needs some more training. I decided to take the soup that came with my dinner home and asked our waitress to bring it at the end of our meal. We were surprised to learn that the table we reserved had a time limit and we were asked to move. The bill came, we paid, and moved. Gretna never brought me my soup to go. When I inquired with the hostess I was told I would not be getting the soup because they were out. Gretta never came to tell us they were out would we like something else. This is not the service we were expecting at Open Door.

The Open Door was the location for my wedding's rehearsal dinner and welcome party and they were the catalyst to a perfect wedding weekend. Emily, her parents, the chef, and everyone who works there truly made us all feel like a part of their family. The food was unbelievably delicious and they accommodated vegan options for myself and other guests that felt fully incorporated with the menu. The space was absolutely beautiful and will always hold a special place in my heart as the location where my loved ones from near and far all came together to begin celebrating with my husband and I. We were blown away by their hospitality, attention to detail, and how they shared in our joy. I cannot recommend them enough for special events and am forever grateful to them.
