We went in today and it was not too long before we realized that the wait staff was HORRIBLE! We couldn’t get any service from our waitress, and the Bartender was so pompous and he was very sarcastic when I finally asked who the bartender was and it was him. He had made a few trips around the restaurant, and we heard the people behind us had eaten their salads and when their food came they still had not gotten their drinks! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE! Save your money!

My man and I came in for dinner around 9 tonight, just casual date night and we had literally ordered 4 mins before he got a work emergency call. The amazing ladies working canceled the order for us and didn't charge us for the soda or anything was so sweet and understanding and our awesome waitress literally ran to get to go cups for us so we could run n have our soda!!! Thank you guys so much we felt so bad didnt even have cash for a tip!! We will be back for sure!!! (Made a new profile due already left a review and had to leave this one. ) thanks for making it less stressful for us.

The staff have always been nice and friendly, but the quality of food has declined over the years, and the cleanliness isn't what it used to be. The wait to get a table on busy nights is short, and order service is fairly prompt. I think online take-out is likely the reason, because the wait to be served your order is bad, long wait... Our recent visit was easily 45 minutes after order, and my plate was cold and my wife's was overly hot like it just got microwaved. 😫 Ugh! My 8oz sirloin was on the petite side and the mashed potatoes came right out the the measuring scoop... It is what it is, a chain restaurant so I should lower my expectations, it's not what it used to be...

This location in Eugene Oregon is by far the best kept, best staff and best prepared food in the country!! Don't take this lightly, if you've had a bad experience with Applebee's in the past, please visit this location and you'll reintroduced to what Applebee's was meant to be.
