I ordered for delivery and the food I got was horrible. My slider was made wrong (I asked for no cheese), my sandwich was completely sloppy with half of it off the bun and a hole ripped in the paper, and my large fry was less than half full.

Our food was COMPLETELY cold. There was NO BBQ sauce on either one when there was supposed to be. When you call and let them know they are nasty on the phone and hang up. DON'T EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT COLD FOOD.

very inaccessible. i struggled so much to get inside in my power wheelchair, even with someone trying to help me with the second door, that i ripped part of my chair. the sauce station is set up so that the cups are out of reach for someone in a wheelchair. and, when i tried to leave through the other door, there wasn’t a curb cut/ramp at all and i had to go back inside to wrestle with the double doors again. also, not one of the employees seemed attentive. they put my order on the tall counter when it was ready and just watched me reach for it, while a shorter counter was right there that they could have moved it to. overall a maddening experience.
