I ordered through the app and arrived early to pick up my food. I was told I had to pick it up at the time per the app no earlier. When I requested the order to be canceled the on duty manager was unable to do that. The cancel order option in the app was the store phone # I was in and would have connected me to the manager I was speaking with. The manager suggested I place another order right then; however, I would not have gotten the in app offer resulting in my exact order costing more $$. After questioning the logic of the situation with the manager from a few different perspectives I left. At no point did I get upset or raise my voice, I simply turned around and walked out. As I walked out the on duty manager began screaming at me and continued even as I entered the parking lot.

I haven't been to arbys years before I came here and I was pleasantly surprised at how much I liked it. After getting mcdonalds for a while, its nice to change it up and get some new food. The workers here are nice and the food always comes out good. I love this arbys it needs more customers!!!

I was excited to get the new Philly cheesecake, but I talk about a sloppy sandwich. It was so wet, did the paper absolutely disintegrated. Philly cheesecakes are supposed to have. The cheese on it. Yes, but not a cheese sauce, it's so runny that it's absolutely great gross.

I ordered for delivery and the food I got was horrible. My slider was made wrong (I asked for no cheese), my sandwich was completely sloppy with half of it off the bun and a hole ripped in the paper, and my large fry was less than half full.
