The wait time for tables and dishes was too long. While we were waiting, we saw three groups of customers who were impatient and left. We almost canceled the order. We asked about it 44 minutes after we sat down. The waiter said that it was being made and brought the dumplings immediately. I feel that the staff is quite sufficient. Everyone is busy here and there, and I can understand that there are a lot of people ordering takeout. However, I feel that the busyness is not efficient. There are always empty seats, but the customers have to wait a long time to be seated. There are also customers at every table. Waiting, either waiting to get the menu or water, waiting to order or wait for the food to be served, waiting for the food to be served, or waiting for the check.
We ordered a plate of cold kelp shreds, a dumpling, a tomato and egg rice, and a Taiwanese braised pork rice. The kelp shreds are just average, the dumplings are pretty good, let alone the tomato and egg rice. If it fails, don’t open a restaurant. The braised pork rice is as shown in the picture. The minced meat is soaked in a bowl of black soup, with a braised egg cut in half and two pieces of broccoli. It is extremely salty. There is no taste of braised pork rice at all. It feels like it is made with salt. The pasta sauce was mixed with water to cook some meat filling, and the noodles were a little too messy.
The menu still looks good. There are other things that look good too. But I probably won’t come again next time I pass by.
Great flavors just the brisket noodle soup had a ton of oil. Kinda took away from the broth.

Ordered spring rolls and popcorn chicken. The chicken was cooked until all moisture was gone. Hard pieces of inedible batter and chicken. I told server of the issue and she assured me that it was cooked properly. I mentioned that I could not eat it. Hard enough to break a tooth.
Spring rolls were good.

I never would have expected to find superb Xiao Long Bao and delectable beef noodle soup in Springfield, OR. All of the dumplings and wontons I have tried (pan fried, in broth, steamed) have been out of this world. You can tell that they are handmade with every bite. We will be making Bao Bao an essential stop whenever we pass through the area.

The food was really good, but I was not happy with how the food was served to us. There was three of us. They brought a plate to the wife 15 minutes later they brought our friends food and probably 30 minutes later. I got my food at that point, I was telling them I just wanted to cancel my order, other than that issue, it was great.
