Recommended by a good friend and did not disappoint! Wontons, bao buns, and dumplings are all fantastic and full of flavor. Did a pickup order and got fast, hot food to go! Going to be a regular here for sure now.

The food and the service were amazing! We had the pork dumplings pan-fried, and vegetable fried rice. They were SO good we even ordered for takeout. The price was reasonable considering the amount of food you get. Highly recommend!

This location is borderline walking distance from where we live and we were both craving something different and decided on Bao Bao House. We started with the cucumber salad based on a recommendation from my friend Matt and he was spot on, they were delicious with a great flavor profile. We ordered several dishes and had to get the pork xiao long bao, pineapple seafood fried rice, steam handmade pork dumplings, cha siu bao, and hot and sour prawn noodles. All the food was delicious and the flavors were quite vibrant and looking around, the other patrons were pleased with the food they ordered. A couple that sat next to us ordered some of our dishes after seeing them on our table. We will definitely be back as we had a great meal and the staff were attentive and kept our glasses full.

We were there on a Thursday evening. The place was not packed. Weekends can get busy.Parking: This place shares parking spaces with other dining establishments. Parking was somewhat difficult to find.

Impromptu stop for lunch while road tripping that was delightful! It's larger than it looks from.the outside, and the tables are huge! We were seated immediately on a Sunday early afternoon. After we came in, it seemed to fill up quickly. Our server was quick and polite. We had the cucumber salad (dehydrated cucumbers with a sweet, mildly spicy sauce), pork buns, and pork dumplings. The dumplings were my favorite, hot, steaming, flavorful! The buns were good too. They needed the chili oil sauce (conveniently on the table), but we got everything steamed rather than fried in an attempt to be healthy, so that probably resulted in it being a bit less flavorful. The cucumber salad was interesting, not what I was expecting, but not bad. I think it complimented the buns nicely. Overall, a great place to stop right off of I-5

We were just driving through Springfield, when I saw Bad Bao. We stopped on a whim , hungry for lunch. We were delightfully surprised . The place was very neat and clean, and I could see a lady making wonton. The broth for the soup was delicious and rich , full of flavor of picked turnips. The baobaowere delicious with shrimp and pork . fast polite service.

I had mapo tofu and it was way too salty. I ended up drinking two glasses water just eat half of it.

The food is soooo goooddddd. Have eaten here a few times now. The mushrooms are to die for, I wish I knew how to replicate them at home. Everything is made fresh and it's always consistent. The buns and dumplings (Chef's kiss!). Very filling and prices are reasonable.

This isn’t my favorite “Chinese restaurant” in Eugene…this is my all time/all cuisine favorite. The ingredients are fresh, the food is not heavily Americanized (no sweet and sour chicken here) and everything is delicious. My favorite dishes are ones ordered with a sense of adventure. The humble tomato rice dish is wonderful, the shrimp fried rice is filled with both fresh and dried shrimp and full of flavor the pepper sauce is full of spice and vinegar. Delicious! The namesake bao is wonderful as well. So rub your chopsticks together and dive in!
