Used to be my favorite place, but no more! I'll support a local small business. Really bad experience. From the moment we sat down, the waitress was condescending and dismissive. She rushed us to order, interrupted when we asked questions, and acted annoyed the entire time. There was no effort to be welcoming or professional, and it made the whole visit uncomfortable. Customer service like this completely ruins a meal. Would not recommend and won’t be returning.

Love bww. Great food always. Just staff made me wait on my booth like 10 min. Before some offered water. then after I got my food. No one came to check up on me. I need it a few things but is OK I guess. If it was busy I understand but it was slow only like 4 or 5 tables occupied. I have to get up to find some to pay.

Wife and I stopped for lunch, have not been here in a long time after the last poor experience. I ordered the cheese steak and my wife the buffalo chicken salad. My cheese steak was chopped garbage and half my sandwich barely had any meat and cheese in it. My wife's salad was wilted and warm. Won't be back.

Absolutely disgusting behavior and treatment my family and i experience tonight. The night cashier/host has the most condescending and negative attitude of anyone i've ever encountered in customer service. I would encourage manament to retrain staff. Absolutely unacceptable.

Service was amazing. Every, person we encountered treated us with ultimate respect. All the Oregon Ducks memorabilia was absolutely amazing. It was great to See Steve Prefontaine Track picture on the wall. I definitely will return when we come back on vacation.

The food was dried out by the time we got served. Had to wait a least 15 minutes after my brother got his meal. It took the server at least 20 minutes after sitting down to take our orders.very disappointed

Make sure you double check your food if order takeout. We ordered a beer cheese cheese steak and paid extra to add mushrooms to the sandwich. When I got home it was literally just meat and bread. No onions, no peppers NO CHEESE. Oh and no mushrooms which I paid extra for. I drove over an hour there and back. I called and spoke with a manager and she said she'd refund me for the sandwich. Its been over 12 days and I still have not received a refund. So I called back and spoke to a manager and asked why I haven't received a refund yet and he was extremely rude and told me THEY DONT DO REFUNDS!!! Apparently they can only give me money on a gift card to compensate me. Why would one manager tell me they can do a refund and another manager is telling me they only do gift cards. How on earth do you only do gift cards? What if I dont ever want to eat there again? This is total BS. I will never come back to this location. I was super nice on the phone and didn't deserve the attitude I got from the MANAGER! I will be reaching out to cooperate because this is ridiculous. Maybe train your staff better to read a screen and double check the order they are making.

I have never felt so purposely ignored by the color of my skin in my life. Traveled around the world in the Marine Corps protecting these freedoms to come here on Veterans Day with my wife and toddler and be purposely ignored. We watched and waited for over 30 minutes as others were attended, served, and we continued to be ignored. To not cause a scene, we left. But furious is an under statement that in today’s day and age, this is still an issue.

The prices for a corporate restaurant to charge compared to the quality has gotten ridiculous!! I hope they go out of business for being so greedy! Shame on Buffalo Wild Wings!!

Oh wow, we used to enjoy going here and both food and service was always descent for a chain restaurant...but in the past year, the last couple of visits it's been off the charts bad. We waited 10+ minutes after being seated to get a visit from our server and after she took our order we waited an hour for our food! Our waitress came over twice checking on us and apologizing for not having gotten served yet and even went to the kitchen to check on our food... The table next to us arrived before us, but was served their food after us. Thankfully we had the last game of the World Series to keep us entertained, and we were hungry otherwise we'd have probably walked out. I get that it was busy, but it's always been busy.... Our last visit was almost as bad, but nothing like this. Our wings were served cold and the BBQ chicken salad was some serious wilted lettuce, been in the bag way too long. Way under staffed! Our waitress was super sweet, but we felt bad for her because she was running ragged. Such a bummer :(
