It was my first time going to BWW and went with a friend who loves it. It was great and he said it was the best service he's ever had.

Husband wanted to go there for date night with the kids. There’s a reason I don’t go here. Service was slow even though they had multiple servers. Food was either bland/dry or drenched in salt. All their music is for older generations it not with the times unless you know to use a particular app to change every song. The only thing they had kind of going for them was the trivia which also requires an app if you don’t know. There is better chicken and food in other places around town. I would avoid this place.

I generally don't leave reviews of chain restaurants. Bw's generally have pretty average service. This one was good.

Enjoyed my time but maybe the service team shouldn’t bring the tab to the table before I’m finished. I know I’m “finished” with the food but I’m still there to drink through the game. Maybe ask if I’m done or just keep asking for drinks until I’m done Felt rushed out before even close to closing time. But

Imagine microwaving canned dog food and that’s about what you can expect when it comes to food quality here. A $10 cocktail tastes like it was mixed with hand sanitizer, corn syrup and Red 40 food dye.

The atmosphere was sterile like a military chow hall with giant TVs everywhere. The overly bright fluorescent light really sets the mood. The staff are kind, but don’t check on you much. If you would like a refill on your fountain drink, you’ll need to either advocate for yourself, or if you’d prefer, just forget about it.

Comparing this place to other restaurants where the average bill per person is around $25, is an insult to those restaurants. The food quality here is closest to that of AM/PM at 1 in the morning - hours past when the what’s left should have been tossed out - but is still under the heat lamp, waiting for the desperate or the stoned.

Anything they serve here can be bought in the freezer section at Winco and tossed in your air fryer at home for better quality, in half the time, and 1/10th the price.

If you’re a guy and you’re thinking of taking a date here, you’d be better off taking her to see John Wick.

If you’re thinking of bringing your kids here, just save time and hit the drive thru - any drive thru - for better food at 1/4 the price. At least they’ll get a toy.

If you’re going out with friends and you pick this place, your friends won’t trust you ever again. You’d be better off picking Applebee’s…. Yes, Applebees…. in 2025. But without the flair.

My conscience is clear now. You’ve been warned. They’re so cheap, they don’t have on-table kiosks to pay your bill… hell, they don’t even bother bringing your bill on a tray, they just drop the endocrine-disrupting thermal paper receipt straight on the table with a sticky ball-point pen.

Just remember, there’s a reason they built this place in Springfield, at the Gateway Mall, and not Valley River Center. If you have a car (or can afford an Uber) and aren’t reliant on LTD, do yourself a favor and just drive over there. I sure wish I had.

The food was... Ok. Nothing really WRONG with it... But our waitress was AMAZING! She had control of everything and made our night!

Kid-friendliness: I was actually surprised how kid friendly I actually was. Definitely not a "sports BAR" feeling like I expected.

Came in after a duck basketball game. Short staffed and kind of busy for the evening, but Eli is making sure we are taken care of. Thank you Eli for their service with a smile. We appreciate it especially towards the end of your shift.

The secrets were great. The wind were dry and flavorless. Is been to this BBW many times, and it's not normally like this. Maybe it was because I ordered wings to go

Employees just ignore take out customers and frequently lie about order statuses. It took 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged by anyone. I was told my order was "almost ready" but nobody talked to me again for more than 15 minutes. I understand sometimes people get behind but it really just felt like nobody cares.
