“They just don't pay attention to what they are doing in putting the meals together. The last 2 times I had to take the food back . The first one they gave me a whopper jr when I ordered the bacon king meal. Way lower price and smaller size than the one I ordered and the last time I ordered the same thing and they forgot the bacon in my bacon king . It's not like they were really busy . They made up for it and apologized and I appreciate that. Please just pay attention to what you're doing. Nobody wants to spend extra time going back to get a simple order fulfilled at a fast food restaurant.“

“I have to admit that until a few months ago, I couldn’t have told you the last time I went to a Burger King. It seems like everybody else like McDonald’s and Wendy’s had been far more in the forefront of my mind.
My wife and aI like to get a quick breakfast on Sunday mornings as we are heading out for the day. It used to be a stop at McDonald’s for the most part, or randomly another place. She smartly said, “Why don't we try Burger King for a change”. We ordered ahead on the app, and headed that way. We arrived and pulled into the drive-through where we were pleasantly greeted and asked how we could be helped. My wife gave her name and said she had a mobile order. They politely said, “Great! Let me look that up for you you”. Just after, they enthusiastically asked us to pull to the window and they would get everything ready for us. We arrived at the window to a smiling employee letting us know they will have our order out quickly. About a minute later, our hot, fresh breakfast sandwiches were brought out with a smile, and a “Have a great day”.
This is not just a one-off experience. This has been a constant for months. Even when my wife had a bandage on her arm, they asked if they could give her a complimentary cookie to help. The management and/or owners of this store definitely have it right. Even when an employee who was emptying the trash who had the headset on saw us pull up to the drive through, he immediately welcomed us and apologized that it would be a couple of minutes until he could help. The service has always been top-notch here, and continues every visit.
You might be thinking the service was great, but what about the food? One of the reasons we keep returning is the food is VERY fresh and hot every time we get it. You can tell somebody wasn’t in a big hurry, but rather focused on making sure the sandwich was assembled correctly. Nothing is falling off the sides, the wrapper is tight and holding everything perfectly.
I would say this location is definitely set up for drive-through, online/app orders and Door Dashers, etc. The lobby for eating is very small, and I think that is on purpose. Their location has small footprint, but they take advantage of every square foot they have.
