I like this location. Been going here for over 20 years. Usually a mellow crowd inside with a great staff. Food is almost always exactly what one would expect from Burger King.

I remember years ago taking my kids to BK for a treat, either first day of school or after a long summer day. What happened? Today they didn't have all of my order on hand. Not a big deal, it happens, so I requested a refund. Mind you, this was after the lady yelled at me across the room to tell me, since we had already placed our order. I get my refund and all is well with the world. I see they have a tray with what looks like my order but is missing drinks and kids toys. I sit back down to allow them to finish. She yells at me again from across the room to tell me that this is my food. I said I'm sorry, it didn't look like you were done since the drinks and the toys are missing. She then puts my drinks on the tray and says they don't have toys. I ask if we can sub a cookie, since we've done it in the past and it's an option for online ordering. She tells me no. I explain that its been an option before and she tells me that she can't help me. She was a standard overworked cashier until I asked to be refunded on the item I wasn't going to get. After that she got rude like I ruined her day. BK needs to treat their employees better because workers at establishments that treat their employees well don't yield this type of service.

around 845 the lady with half a dozen piecings at the counter said only to go orders because she just cleaned the lobby, I asked if they were closing the lobby and she told me dine is closed but they are only doing to go.. doors have hours posted till 10 pm...
