this place always has something going wrong whenever I go to order there, they have so many customers but not enough staff, they always seem to be running out of thing, i genuinely avoid this BK because I don't wanna waste an hour trying to wait for my order

So I went in today and it was busy but as always they had my food hot and fresh. I know there was some customer outside who was waiting for his food was upset but I’m 100% sure their food was hot and fresh. This place cooks to order on a lot of fried stuff which is why I come here. Yes it’s busy and it may take a while but it sure is worth it. And to the new guy who was working today good job and keep your head up you got this..

This place used to be a none stop go go go fast food restaurant but these days this store cant handle more then 2 orders at a time. They make you wait in line for 30 minutes before you can order, than it's another 5-10 minute wait for your food. Also dosnt help when your stuck between vehicles that won't move.

Foods not bad and the people are okay but the wait time is absolutely unacceptable from a fast food establishment it should not take 45 min to order basic food. Do better BK
Every single time I have been to this location the quality of the food has been terrible. The staff are unfriendly and seem to be in a rush to get you through the drive thru and away. The fries are never fresh, the burgers are smashed together and made sloppy. The employee in the drive thru today couldn't make change and had an excuse on why it took so long. I also had to remind him of my drink when he handed the bag out to send us on our way.

I usually visit the drive thru on our way back over the pass and our food is always hot, fresh, and correct with quick service.. one of the more consistent reliable Burger kings that we have visited when it comes to quality.
