Every single time I have been to this location the quality of the food has been terrible. The staff are unfriendly and seem to be in a rush to get you through the drive thru and away. The fries are never fresh, the burgers are smashed together and made sloppy. The employee in the drive thru today couldn't make change and had an excuse on why it took so long. I also had to remind him of my drink when he handed the bag out to send us on our way.

I usually visit the drive thru on our way back over the pass and our food is always hot, fresh, and correct with quick service.. one of the more consistent reliable Burger kings that we have visited when it comes to quality.

It would be nice if the order was accurate! I placed a mobile order for a BBQ Brisket Whopper Jr., drove 10 miles round trip to pick it up and in the bag when I got home was a regular Whopper Jr. So disappointed, I hadn't eaten all day (ordered around 6:00 PM) and was looking forward to trying the brisket. The rest of my order was correct. And unless you like tart lemonade that tastes like it was squeezed from those plastic lemons from the grocerystore, don't get the strawberry lemonade. Can't even taste the strawberry 😕

I stopped going to this location for a while because there was a really rude nasty manager there that was picking her ear then touching food and when I mentioned it to her she was so rude about . Several times the employees got our order wrong and didn’t do anything to resolve it. But NOW! The employees there are so professional and all smiles. There is kid name Bailey there who should be in line for management he so sweet , professional I will only go to this location knowing my food is in good hands and I’ll be treated kindly . Great job guys keep up the good work!

When I showed up the other night it was 11: 15 PM and they weren't supposed to close until midnight but they were scheduled to have their hoods cleaned so they closed an hour early. Disappointing seeing how they could have just as easily cleaned the hoods after midnight. I could be wrong about them not being able to clean the hoods after midnight but maybe they could have at least updated their website because I checked before I drove the 12 miles and it said they were closing at midnight.

I really mean it when I say that this location has the best workers of any fast food spot in town. They genuinely care about making the food the way it's supposed to be made. It's always piping hot and assembled well. Staff is also extremely personable, whether it's the morning or night crew. Whoever owns this place, give these guys a raise.
Went to Thurston Burger King this Afternoon it was close to the Park I was taking my Dog to, I did Drive Thru the Outside was Kept Up. They have a long drive thru so if they ever got busy there is enough area for cars. The Staff was Friendly but seemed overworked, bt thats not a deal breaker The Food was Burger King Quality
