Good food just need better selection

I don’t order fast food very much because it’s to expensive but whenever I have came to this store the last few times the food was pretty good I have seen that the night crew is to understaffed for the business it gets so it takes a little to get your food but the workers are good at what they do. The manager Brandi is awesome she gave service with a smile even though she was under a lot of pressure she did a great job. The two other gentlemen (one in the front and one upfront) were pretty good I didn’t catch the cooks name but he was efficient with the food, then the other guy upfront was nice as well he was in the window taking orders and still greeted customers from back there really impressed with this team they all deserve recognition. One thing I didn’t like is that they had 2 lanes, the store seems way too small and understaffed for the setup at least at night.definitely will be returning

Brandy the best server there is. She was super attentive to my order and go my extra ketchup when I asked. She got my oder out super quick, shes amazing asset to the team, I wish I could have her every time I come:)

No one wanted to come to the front counter to take orders at all. There was a line & they just ignored us for a good 5 min. Food was thrown together. I normally like burger king but this one was not great

This place is tiny. Had to wait a long time in drive thru which messed up the tiny parking lot traffic. Just cramped. But on the plus side my food was good, made right, AND I was offered a crown. Thank you 😁

I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt and the bread was not toasted at all, and the onion rings tasted funny, we had to drive around and wait for our food after we ordered, and after getting the good the fries were cold and the chicken sandwiches were dry, not great food, but too far to drive back we live in cottage grove and stopped there for food after the movies. And within an hour of eating i had all the signs of food poisoning, not happy at all will not be going there again.

I have to admit that until a few months ago, I couldn’t have told you the last time I went to a Burger King. It seems like everybody else like McDonald’s and Wendy’s had been far more in the forefront of my mind.
My wife and aI like to get a quick breakfast on Sunday mornings as we are heading out for the day. It used to be a stop at McDonald’s for the most part, or randomly another place. She smartly said, “Why don't we try Burger King for a change”. We ordered ahead on the app, and headed that way. We arrived and pulled into the drive-through where we were pleasantly greeted and asked how we could be helped. My wife gave her name and said she had a mobile order. They politely said, “Great! Let me look that up for you you”. Just after, they enthusiastically asked us to pull to the window and they would get everything ready for us. We arrived at the window to a smiling employee letting us know they will have our order out quickly. About a minute later, our hot, fresh breakfast sandwiches were brought out with a smile, and a “Have a great day”.
This is not just a one-off experience. This has been a constant for months. Even when my wife had a bandage on her arm, they asked if they could give her a complimentary cookie to help. The management and/or owners of this store definitely have it right. Even when an employee who was emptying the trash who had the headset on saw us pull up to the drive through, he immediately welcomed us and apologized that it would be a couple of minutes until he could help. The service has always been top-notch here, and continues every visit.
You might be thinking the service was great, but what about the food? One of the reasons we keep returning is the food is VERY fresh and hot every time we get it. You can tell somebody wasn’t in a big hurry, but rather focused on making sure the sandwich was assembled correctly. Nothing is falling off the sides, the wrapper is tight and holding everything perfectly.
I would say this location is definitely set up for drive-through, online/app orders and Door Dashers, etc. The lobby for eating is very small, and I think that is on purpose. Their location has small footprint, but they take advantage of every square foot they have.
