This place has gone down hill. This used to be one of my favorite places to get a burrito. I tried the taco salad today and it was terrible. $10 For chips (about 15) A thick layer of shredded lettuce Cheese, salsa, and sour cream. I asked for no beans and still got beans It says it comes with rice and it had no rice whatsoever And overall, it didn’t taste good. I waited over a half hour in The drive-through. Nobody ever came on the microphone finally, I said hello and somebody says sure I’ll take your order Had to repeat my order four times . They said they take Apple Pay but had to take my phone out of my hand inside the restaurant to the front counter 20 feet away. All my reviews are typically good, but this one does not deserve any stars. 👎🏼

On march 24 2025 at 4:00pm, went to burrito boy in Springfield. As we drove to the drive thru the smell of sewer coming from the rear of the building was overwhelming. We saw people working in the back. Of course this was very scary to us as we were there to order some dinner. I recognize that things happen to all of us, but this was horrific. I don`t think i will be able to go back there. We tried to ask employees what was happening but they put us on ignore.

Meat was old and horrible... Couldn't finish burrito . Larger portions than the 42nd st location. But I don't think I'll ever go back to any location. They've lost a long time customer.

RUN FAR AWAY! My burrito was sour. Tasted foul and rotten. My kids are at urgent care due to what they claim is food poisoning. Do no eat here!!! We are all vomiting after our delivery experience. Keep yourself safe and buy elsewhere.

Price increases outside new sign and prices. When you go to pay they charge you more than the new price increases.

Exactly what I wanted and expected of the local chain here (been to various ones across town) but this morning they had the homies working, they were quick, kind, and responsive. Would go again even though there are like half a dozen in town
