My man and I come in here at least once a week, cause we use the laundry mat located right next door, we put our clothes into wash and head over it CJ's to play Keno and have a soda. And usually it is a pleasure but today, the person working behind the counter tried to charge us for drinks? We have had issues with this girls before, but as she was ringing in our keno tickets my man asked for a couple of cups so that we could get our free sodas and she informed us she was gonna have to charge us for them. This doesn't seem right. But usually it's a 5 star across the board.

I'm giving a 0 came in there on 6/29/25 walked in the door and a old lady customer made a comment about me being pregnant the second I walked in.. way out of line considering I'm not pregnant and I informed her of that when I came back to the counter... The clerk tried to brush it off like she realized that after the fact ,but you lost a customer because of it not impressed and very insulted.

I was using the laundromat next door and needed to use the restroom. The room was busy and needed an attendant to let you in. I went next door to CJs to check out the establishment and use their restroom. Before I could even check out the menu after using the restroom, I was verbally harassed about not being able to read. Really, CJs?! What if I had a disability and really couldn't read? Ablist and rude.If you are planning on checking out this establishment, I highly recommend not going to their restroom to relieve yourself before giving them access to your wallet first. Rude people work there.

Nice...for a long, long time...they had Bic lighters for $1. So this is really a 5 star....except....the price went up to $1.25..! Still cheapest place for Bic lighters I know.

This place is great always has a little bit of riffraff but some quality girls but not really SPRINGFIELD quality anyway this place is one of my favorite places to go gamble and do laundry machines and amenities are un-matched. The next time you’re in town And need to do laundry and play some addictive VP go to cJ’s it is the apple of my eye!
