Springfield, Oregon has no vegan or vegetarian restaurants, but if you’re in the city and need a quick, healthy vegan option, Cafe Yumm hits the spot. Most items on the menu can be made vegan and they welcome the changes. Also their Yumm Sauce (although not for everyone), can quickly become your favorite condiment. Their bowls are largely bean and brown rice bowls with assorted vegetables. Tofu can be added.

I had an incredible experience at this Cafe Yumm location. I accidentally placed my order for the incorrect location and the restaurant manager was so kind and made my order right then and there without any hassle. Officially my main Cafe Yumm i’ll be going to!!

Krystal went absolutely above and beyond with my order! I live 35 minutes south of Eugene, and she made sure my Café Yumm! bowl was as fresh as possible for the drive.
