They placed the order correctly on the receipt but the food was wrong. And we asked for ranch. The cashier told the manager who was bagging and we got no ranch. No reason for food to be wrong when it’s on the screen telling them the modifications.

The food is the best fast food. The rush to get folls through the drive-thru, means they are forgetting essentials. Three times in a row (and several other times) the condiments for chicken strips and fried zucchini has been missed. It's not that hard.... don't forget these, especially when we ask if it's in the bag before leaving the window and you say yes, but it's not. Now I will check before pulling away.

I usually don't write mean reviews but there was a girl who gave me my food at the drive thru that was very rude to me when I told her that I had a medium drink instead of a small, and I was actually being very nice about it, but her attitude was horrible, like she hated being there and didn't care about anyone but herself. I dont know her name but she had some blue in her hair but thankfully she did hand the headset off to another girl and she was a lot better to talk to and i apologized for that happening even when it wasn't my fault. I will come back because its close an easy place to get a bite but I am disappointed. I usually love your employees but that one hurt my experience.

Cashier/person taking order had an insanely snarky tone and attitude. They also forgot one of the 2 burgers. Cashier was too busy giving attitude to make sure everything was in the bag. Unfortunate.

Second time about 6 months ago I ordered a meal after 30 minutes I left.wasn’t worth 6 bucks whatever it was.today went in to use the bathroom and ordered 2 for 6 breakfast sandwich after 20 minutes no sign of breakfast sandwich being made.they were swamped but should let people know it will be a 20 minute plus wait.last time I go there unless I’m desperate enough to pay 6 bucks to use the bathroom.
