The service here was better than most sit down restaurants we’ve been to! John was friendly, helpful, and went above & beyond. Very impressed with this location. Food was delicious, too! Thanks for a great experience!

They’re big Carl burger looked like a McDonald’s Donald’s burger. So disappointed. I used to love going to any of them but this just ruined it for me. For the price I would expect better.

Food was fresh and hot and didn't take long to be ready for us. Stuff was friendly. Restrooms do need a code but are kept up very nicely.

Me and my family stop here quite often. We had just come back from there today and I had paid for 2 large fry’s and 1 medium and only reserved 1 large and 2 medium. When I called they told me that they weren’t able to be a large even though I had paid for it. They refused to give me my money back for the fries and refused to give me my proper order. The worker did not have good customer service and didn’t do her job to the best of her ability.
