Their phone wasn't answering so I went by to see what was up. Looks like they're out of business. Not sure why Corvallis cannot sustain a barbecue. This is the fourth one I've seen come up and

The lady who takes the orders has a serious attitude problem for absolutely no reason. I actively choose to not eat here because how unnecessarily rude she was.

My first visit and they did NOT disappoint! The brisket sandwich and tri-tip burnt ends and cheddar sandwich, fries heavily seaoned not too salty, and onion rings were light and full of flavor.

Gracious owner and employees that went out of their way to make our event special. And the food was killer, especially the tritip and the Caesar salad. Hire Cascade BBQ for an event and you won't go wrong. Thank you owner Eric and all the great people at Cascade BBQ!

Staff wasn't courteous.. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend

No idea what happened to this place because it used to be great. It is now takeout only, and the only thing stating this is a handwritten sign on the door. Our fault for not noticing I guess. Person who took our order was rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. Nothing was mentioned about takeout only until after we had ordered and payed. Food was inedible. Pulled pork sandwich had zero flavor. Meat was rubbery and no flavor not even salt. Chicken salad came with also flavorless chicken on the side. I’ve have had better microwave dinner and cafeteria food. Don’t see this place being in business much longer. Save your money and go literally anyplace else.

A big shout out to Aron who saw our car pull in right at closing and still took our order. We sat outside and listened to live jazz, which was a real treat for my husband. As always the food and service was top notch.

Lived in Texas for 25 years. This place is excellent. The BBQ is done right. Most places cheap out on the proper cooking process to save money - cooking too fast or not actually smoking it. Here, you can taste the smoke in the meat.That proper cooking process takes time and money. I’m super glad they’re offering actually good BBQ for a slightly higher price than if they cheaped out on the cooking process. And they definitely aren’t overpriced. Good bargain for what you get. Corvallis is very lucky to have this place.

Great place for BBQ in Corvallis. Everyone enjoyed their meals. They were a little skimpy on the fries across all the meals. All the meats were well smoked and flavorful. The sauces had good variety, and were also excellent.The selection of beers on tap was decent, and they had a huge bottled selection.They also had some dairy free options for my daughter.

Family decided to meet up for lunch here.Super friendly staff. Lots of drink and food choices.I recommend they add a sampler platter to their appetizer so the different sauces set at the table can be tried.

First off, this place is fantastic! I ordered the plate with tri tip and ribs. Juicy and full of flavor! When the server brought us our food, she apologized for the wait. ? It took literally 3 minutes. On a Friday evening. I'd say that is excellent. But perhaps they have higher standards than that! ? If we lived in the area, this would be a frequent stop. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!

Back again!The Owner, Eric, and staff were super nice and helpful going through new items on the menu.The Smoked Meatball Sandwich with beans and side of onion rings, and side salad were fantastic.The meatballs had a great flavor and were juicy. The sauce tangy with plenty of cheese, and the bread to keep it together.The portions were huge for the price, which is better than other places in the area.Definitely the 1st stop in town!

This is a cool little BBQ joint with a ton of diffrent beers. I had the smoked ribeye sandwich. It had a wonderful smoked flavor and was super tender. I used some of the mild bbq sauce they had and it was fabulous as well. The baked bean side i had was delicious as well. It was the perfect consistency and good smoke flavor and not overly sweet!All in all it was a great place and we will be returning. I had already started eating before i took the picture.
