My adult children, young grandbaby, and myself came in to eat Saturday morning, and it was very busy, but the food was excellent and very creative and most importantly recipes that you may not have gotten to try for a while. The beignets were phenomenal and having said that those alone are really worth the trip. Staff was very pleasant and they were quite rushed, but made sure you got everything you needed! I am from the South and was completely impressed with our brunch at Cascade Biscuit Kitchen! The biscuits and gravy were perfect, the beignets were scrumptious and were washed down with perfect coffee and mimosas. We look forward to coming back!
