I've been living in Eugene for four years (since 2020). Yesterday, I had a hankering to try out a new breakfast restaurant. I looked up the best places on Yelp and randomly chose Cascade Biscuit Kitchen.I was floored by (a) the exceptional taste and (b) the generosity of the proportions. Hole in the wall place playing Bob Dylan and Tom Petty classics while serving up delicious breakfast food. Bacon is thick and crispy, fried chicken and biscuits are cooked to perfection. Portions are large and filling. Every element is well cooked and flavorful, raspberry jam, potatoes, eggs, etc. The mimosas are tasty, strong, and cheap. Service is fast and friendly.

So so good! Flavor explosion for sure!! My partner is big on biscuits and gravy and I think we found his new favorite spot! Cannot wait to try the beignets! Be mindful it's a small area and can be considered rude by others if you're talking full volume. Came in on a Thursday morning around 10am not busy at all was actually nice having the place to ourselves with a baby. We started devouring before I even thought to take a picture. We will be back!!!
