“I’ve been coming here for years since I was a little kid. I just want to say it’s hands down the best chicken and the fries are super addictive. The employees are super super friendly and great everyone with a smile. The owner (Anna) treats her employees the best and makes everyone who comes through the doors feel welcomed. “KFC has been pretty good for a long time. Recently in Bend, Or. They had a very big slump. So big we almost didn't go back. When you're on a budget, you don't just write reasonable priced places off. Surprise! Something happened, and attitude changed this place. You can see it in their smiles. Food is better, employees are happier, and the place is cleaner. Hasta beat McDonald's any day of the week.“

“Fries were a tad on the old side and they didn't have enough to fill my 3 orders. I was ok my lunch so I didn't have e time to wait for fresh fries and the fried pickles I tried to order. But the staff was really nice and promptly took care of my order“

“The W.11th KFCis by far the best one in the city.The food is always magnificently good, chicken is always hot and crispy. They also have the best service. “Ordered here tonight for takeout. Had never had KFC until tonight. They were busy and it took a while for me to get my food, got home and there was a missing item. Went back to the store and let me tell you, the staff made me enjoy having to come back. 4 star for service with a missing item and a wait, yes they were that good. Then I got home and sat down to a meal that hit the spot in every way. The slaw was incredible, the chicken was juicy and tender and made me go back for seconds, delicious biscuit and jojos that kicked the competition in the teeth. Thank you for a delicious meal, some solid conversation and laughs. Will be returning within the month“
