we have been there 3 times and so good except for today. the mac n cheese was 4.50 for a small bowl and it was so dried out i couldnt eat it. the pop was flat and no flavor to the chicken. i dont know if i want to go back. really nothing i could brag about to day. I am sorry i should of not been so harsh. i will beback i do think you have the best chicken around and me and my dad have been going around trying different places for the chicken tenders and a good oh burger and yours is the best. i was thinking and maybe the cook had a off day. people if you have not been to chicken Bonz in springfield you really need to go. chicken is the best around but i have not tried there burgers yet but i will.

Came in for a delivery. She said they would mark it "ready" when it was done and that I could wait in my car. So I waited. For 30 minutes. Finally came back inside, she instantly locked eyes with me and started to walk towards the orders. The lids were literally left open the entire time and it wasn't bagged or anything. She said, "oh, we marked it as ready and tried to call you 2 times" Order was not marked as ready and I received no calls. Bunch of toxic children working here who hate there jobs. Need to be fired and needs better management.

So I use to love this place but one day I go in and get some tenders and they were disgustingly soggy and greasy. This is not the quality I was used to so I brought them back in and as politely as possible showed them and the woman working replied with a rude attitude, "that's how we make it" and turned her back to me as if I wasn't even there anymore. I went back once more and same deal but I didn't even bother complaining. Haven't been back for years and today I figured I'd give them a shot again. Terrible unfortunately yet again. Tenders were breaded poorly and what was breaded was soaking wet with oil. Fries were sopping in oil and gross too.My partner got a "hamburger" but should be called a patty melt because that is what it is. It was very very dry and just sad looking.I'm not trying to be one of "those people " but this is my honest experience. I'm very sad to see the place I loved growing up turn its back to quality. If you love the food, great for you but let me tell you that it used to be soooooo much better and I miss it.

wanted to say how thankful we are for the food we got from them. they gave my family a hot meal when we have been without power for six days. love how involved they are with the community and helping. I even made a donation to help them serve up more people affected by the storm who also need meals. thanks so much for all you do. also the best chicken around!! our family thanks you!!

What a great place for some really amazing chicken! They had a nice clean place with a good salad bar and really good sauces. The fries were perfect and I loved the sweet tea! Olivia met us with a great smile and treated us very kindly. We will be back in the near future!
