You can't order a quesadilla unless you order it online first. Why do you even have people working here if they can't make a quesadilla. Shitty customer service and rude employees.

every time I come to this location something gets screwed up - part of my order is left out, they mess something up, can’t take cash, card machine isn’t working, have a sign on the door that you need to place your order on the app, etc. tonight, I made it home without half of my dinner. I attempted to get a refund from chipotle & that process is disgraceful. Expecting a customer to put their debit card information into an AI server is asinine. I have eaten at Chipotle for YEARS & honestly this did it for me. Very disappointing.

The employees at this chipotle kinda suck every time. They NEVER have any food. More times we have gone here and had to go to a different location than been able to eat here. Poor portions and poor customer service. Very strange vibes when you go here and we will be going the extra 10 mins past this one to a different location.

Food is great! Came here with a very big group and they were very accommodating. Staff left much to be desired in the ordering process but they were at the end of their shift serving a big group, it’s understandable.

I drove 10 minutes out of my way for a burrito. Sign on the door says we only have bowls and salads. (Can't eat that while driving.) Last time there was a sign saying they were closing at 7pm, and I arrived at 7:05. I guess there's no point to coming back here in the future.

If you hop on belt line, take the first exit, turn left, and drive for a bit you will find a chipotle that actually prepares it's food properly.

The food is always stale, the customer service is sub par, and they often run out of products. I mean this is the only Chipotle that runs out of tortillas at 3pm. Like how does that even happen in a burrito restaurant.

There is no reason to come here especially with how close a properly ran chipotle establishment is.

My wife and kids went to go Get some food from this restaurant we were told that a burrito restaurant cannot make burritos only burrito bowls. Then were told they have no chicken, which is what all of us were going to order. Then at the end of the order we’re told there are no tortilla chips even though there are 12 bags or so sitting right in front of us we were told those were for online orders. So are we to believe that in person ordering doesn’t receive or doesn’t have the option of tortilla chips? Way to run people off of your restaurant. We will not be coming back. We’ll go to another burrito restaurant that doesn’t run out of its main ingredients. Absolutely pathetic and we will never return to this restaurant corporate offices should take note and fire. The management who is in charge of this restaurant because this was a pathetic excuse of customer service and business modeling

This place is food poisoning waiting to happen. I legit felt so bad for the girl on the line that I had her fix me a bowl but knew it was going to be so bad that I drove directly to the one on Coburg Rd and showed the manager and threw the food I'd payed for away because it was so bad. This one can't keep employees and it shows in the quality of the food. Seriously steer clear this place is hospital level food poisoning waiting to happen.

Came here hour and a half before closing and they were out of multiple items, food was cold, place was dirty and trash cans were overfilled.

Had a handwritten sign on the door for pick ups only. That was fine and we made the order for pick up. We followed the email and app instructions that say to go inside to the shelf for pickups, but both main doors were closed and locked, and the staff inside ignored us. Had to knock on the glass to get anyone to notice us, then had to go to a side door to be handed our food upside down. Once home we realized not only was the food cold, messy and partially open, but an item we paid extra for was missing. There's no way to get it replaced since the doors are locked and the place basically closed with no one to talk to. Don't recommend to this location - use another one in town.
