The worst Chipotle I have ever been do. It was dirty - the food line and the restaurant (including the bathroom 🤢). They were out of both of the special lemonades (the empty fountain containers looked gross). The Minute Made lemonade was also just water and we were told they were out. There were no spoons or green Tabasco sauce out (had to ask). There was a big puddle on the floor by the trash cans and instead of cleaning it up they just put a wet floor sign over it. Like I said it was the worst location I have been to and out of character for a Chipotle. There are other locations nearby. Skip this one.

This store is always out of several items and dirty. We went to pick up our order at time indicated on app, and the order wasn’t ready. I told the person working there I was there for a pick up order, they said they would start making it. Waited. Someone came in after me for their pick up order and told them their name. They started making their order right away. Had to wait 25 min for my order. Order was missing several items including guac (which we paid extra for), fajita veggies, cheese and lettuce. Chips we got were also stale. I would suggest going to a different location!

Out of every vegetable an hour and a half before closing time. I could see vegetables in the kitchen which the staff decided not to add to the line for customers. Eight staff members cussing and talking about raw chicken in the back. I asked the staff member if they could add extra ingredients to my burrito because they were out of a large majority of options, and was met with blunt and rude responses. While I was checking out, staff complained that I was rude while I was standing in front of them. I try to take things with a grain of salt and treat people kindly, but I was met with Extremely unprofessional and blunt service. Staff clearly does not have interest in serving customers. I will say that the lady who rung me up was very kind. Extremely disappointed.

I have been to multiple Chipotle restaurants in the past four months or so and to me it seems that their food is spicier than it used to be (however long ago that was). I asked for their least spicy meat and they gave me chicken. It was awful. I realize that I have a low tolerance for hot peppers but still I would really appreciate a yummy but non-spicy option. The pico de gallo also had jalapeños. My review might be a green flag for some and a red flag for others but this was the last time I’m going to Chipotle for a meal.

Would give zero if I could. Person couldn’t wrap a burrito to save their life, everyone seems stoned out of their mind, and I only had cash since I forgot my card. For $15 meal I was trying to give them a 20 and keep the change but they were so incredibly rude even despite that mistake treating me like I was an idiot for not staring at the messed up signs saying they cannot take cash.

I’ve never had such an awful experience. Go to coburg road if you can. What a wreck.

I'm baffled. We had a few things for takeout so we asked them to put it in a bag when they oddly just tried to hand us all of our takeout food... and the cashier almost threw the bag at us in a swift and forward motion with her arm it was really disrespectful actually. We had a few items so we stood there just trying to bag our stuff as fast as we could to keep the line moving.

No employee should act so unprofessional when serving the customers of the company that pays them to do their jobs. She was about 5'3", mexican, dark hair and a short but wide/thick stature.

They also skipped out on the serving sizes, I asked for more meat because she only gave me a half scoop and they charged me double for it.

So unfortunate. Employee should be fired for misconduct with customers.

Chips were stale but that's normal for chipotle. Food was absolutely amazing, the chefs do a wonderful job.

I just picked up an order from the chipotle in Springfield, Oregon. I was very satisfied as I usually am with their food, but the bag of chips that I got half of them were broken and very small now I know that I didn’t do it because I didn’t put anything on top of the bag when I left there with my takeout order. So heads up chipotle do better. I remember when Chips and salsa were complementary at most Mexican restaurants and now you have to pay for every little thing. So if I’m paying for it, at least give me my money’s worth. It’s one thing to have higher price prices, but then when you add lower quality in with that, it’s a no deal for me.

I made the mistake of opening their door before they officially opened, mind you It was one minute before they opened, the girl in there began to berate me about forcing the door open. The door was not forced open I simply opened it. She was extremely rude, and I will never be back.
